If I could give this place a zero, then I would. I came in to have a leak fixed on my vehicle. My vehicle was fine except for the leak. Then, out of the blue, I began to have all of these problems out of my vehicle. One thing was supposedly fixed and then something else broke. Please keep in mind that I only had a leak on my vehicle initially. After almost having my front end of my car rebuilt, my vehicle is leaking again. I was told to bring it in during a weekday, and I told the tech (Will) that I could not but I could bring it on the weekend. He stated that he would see, but not that particular weekend because they were booked. I said then can I make an appointment for another weekend but I was then told that they don't make appointments. One weekend they were booked and then they don't make appointments? How did they know that they were booked if they don't make appointments? I was finally told to come in on a Saturday. I arrived on Saturday and was greeted by the owner Jeff who was very nasty. I tried to explain that Will had told me to bring my vehicle to the garage but Jeff continued to say " What you expect me to drop everything to work on your vehicle? I had to keep reminding him that I was told by Will (his mechanic) to bring my vehicle back to the shop. Ironically one of the other workers had to tell the owner that my statement was true. The tech Will comes out and looks at my vehicle and then proceeds to tell me that he needs to place the vehicle on the lift but they were all full. Then he asked me to bring it back on the following Tuesday. I sacrificed my schedule, to bring it back on the very next Tuesday. I was told the same exact thing by the mechanic Will and that was that he had a vehicle on the lift and could not fix my vehicle. Please note that they have been PAID IN FULL for a service that they DID NOT provide !! Great customer service and satisfaction would have been taking my vehicle in immediately since they were paid to see what the issue may have been. That has not been the case at all. They have also refused to fix my vehicle once it was brought to their attention. They also have not reached out to me knowing that my vehicle has not been fixed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in which as of today they have not received a response to the complaint. This is a horrible business, with horrible service. I will NEVER to go to them again and I will definitely NOT EVER recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE:
There were a total of two notices sent out from the BBB and they did not respond to not one of them. My vehicle is running like crap, and once again they a fully aware that there are problems with the work that they have done ( or not done ) on my vehicle. They also purchased a refurbished power steering pump on my van which is no good and I sent a text directly to the tech. Will on January 27, 2017 @ 10:28 am to tell him that it was still leaking and that the entire pump needs to be replaced. I have not heard a word from this auto place.
