They found the rust, made a few phone calls, and had the rust repaired and welded PROPERLY all while I was traveling and did not need the vehicle for a few days. They also completed the inspection, tail lights, brakes and rotors, along with a few other minor repairs by the time I returned. My jeep runs great and smoother then it has in a while! Again, called them, emailed them. They don't ever call back or acknowledge these problems. But rest assured, the AI chat bot on their website says they'll make this "high priority" and get back to me. It's been two weeks and no one has called or e-mailed. Nothing but a scam these people. They are apparently okay with having a 16 year old girl stuck on the side of the road, in 30 degree weather, without a way to get into her car to manually start it and get home.
