Dr. Chinn is amazing. He completed a root canal last year. Quick but proficient. I even went directly to the movies after the procedure (sat through Avengers Endgame with no issue). My cleaning today was completed by Daphne and she was great. If you're looking for a great dental office, your won't be disappointed. I had the worst experience with Dr chinn I went in with 2 teeth missing on one side the two teeth…read morein front if my wisdom teeth were missing there wasn't anything won't with the wisdom tooth the tooth in front of the two missing teeth was broken I wanted him to fix it. From the 1st time he started working on Mt mouth I was in pain. He had to sculpt the two teeth that was missing the very first time he put them in they felt like boulders in my mouth my tongue rubbed in them and my jaw was sore. I complained to him again he said it would be OK. The pain was constant an my mouth was sore and my jaw was swollen. Every time I asked him was was going on he would say nothing. He was very condensing and would give me a straight answer one he left out the room and I realized the broken took I wanted fixed was gone and there was a pole sticking out my gum the wisdom tooth has been filed down? Why? He didn't have my permission nor did he ask. After over two months of pain I explained to him if he couldn't get it right there was not going to be anymore Dr. Patient relation. So he decided he would resize the teeth so he since he was the one that sized them in the beginning. When I left his office I noticed that was the first time in over 2 months my mouth didn't hurt the next morning his receptionist called and said he wanted me to go to a gum specialist. Why now? Later that day I was eating a salad on the right side because I couldn't chew on the left side. The wasn't anything hard in the salad no carrots not even meat. I felt something Strange I spit everything out including the. Teeth I asked for my money back. He said he would give it back that was in October 3 reps from humana have contacted him and he said he would send the money back. Even yesterday a rep contacted him he prolonging giving me my money back. He also needs to pay for the wisdom tooth he filed down its now sensitive. He gave me toothpaste for that (lol) and for the tooth he filed completely he needs to pay for an implant the insurance doesn't pay for those and that's the only way I'll have a tooth in the spot he is a very Bad dentist. And I he won't cover the damage he's done I will have no chose but to Sue him. I went in with two missing teeth and one broken. And came out with 3 missing teeth an on damaged because he filed it down . This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. And the error above should say there was nothing wrong with my wisdom teeth but he filed that one down. Dr chinn you know you should pay for the way you messed up my mouth. The only reason he got one star is because i had to give at least one to send this post

Dr. Jason is my dentist and he is an exceptional dentist…read more His professionalism combined with his skill of dentistry and caring make every encounter positive (even a root canal!) Additionally, He helped my grandson out today with a complicated problem. Dr. Jason's diagnostic quickness and ease with my grandson was impressive! The plan of care was comprehensive, while the presentation was calming. My last dentist was also exceptional. When he retired to go on to be a professor at UT dental; I thought I would never have a dentist with the same level of dental acumen. Dr. Jason possesses at least the same level of dental excellence/skills/care. Dr. Jason has exceeded all my expectations. I cannot covey how thankful, I am for his contributions to the wellbeing of myself and my family. I wish I could give him 10 stars! Thank you, Dr. Jason Glick! You are a one in a million.

I am giving detail, because billing confrontations seem to be a common theme on the negative…read morereviews. Billing staff is confrontational and rude. I questioned an estimate that didn't align with my insurance benefits and they kept explaining to me why they were correct rather than having a conversation. After I requested it, they reluctantly agreed to a preauth. They were about $60 off and I was about $2 off from what the preauth came back as. They never contacted me with the information had to get it from Aetna. This didn't surprise me, as they made a whole production and were wrong. I sent a letter to the dentist asking if he wanted me to come back or not, because I did not want trouble at the office. What I received back was a noncommittal letter back that billing is hard and some other nonsense that didn't address the question. At this point I had no intention of going back. On august 8, I received the letter I had expected, terminating the relationship. They are required by law to send this, so it was totally fine. I actually already went to a different dentist. However it is worth sharing that the letter said, there were a couple of instances where I complained about my coverage and have complained about their fee. To be clear, I had only been once before, for a cleaning, which was mostly covered, outside of a few dollars. Also, I didn't think their fees were unreasonable, they were pretty normal for an out of network dentist. Finally, I don't know why on earth I would "complain about my coverage" to a provider? The provider has nothing to do with that. This simply didn't happen. Bottom line, they are angry about a negative review without wanting to take ownership of how and why it happened. The main thing for me, (and this is more for the business, because I know they read these,) is my review are the facts of my experience. If I am being untruthful, you have recourse, but I'm not, and we both know that. It is disappointing to have you try and pass accountability. I do have a couple of suggestions. If you are concerned with the quality of the reviews you receive, use them as an opportunity to improve. Alternatively, if it bothers you that much to have a customer describe their experience, turn off reviews. I would have been happy to remove it if someone would have called to have a discussion, but that isn't how you chose to handle it. Hope this review helps anyone who reads.
