After trying to see if they would honor the discount ( as it is only one month past their so called expiration date) she said and I quote" we can do it or not" and let us leave. Being in the business world, there are many times I would love to say that but would lose my job if I ever said that to a customer. If they were truly about their customers she could have made this right, or offered something in a way of a discount. No offer of ANY kind was offered. $300 is nothing to them but to an 88 yr old with limited income, it's A Lot!!!!!.....We left and will never return.

I broke a tooth and he was able to fit me in very quickly even though he was booked for the week! He fixed my broken tooth incredibly quickly and gave me the option of numbing it or not. I chose not to numb it because my mouth always feels so weird when it's numb and there was no pain at all! He fixed my tooth before the podcast episode I was listening to finished! My front top tooth was chipped and he fixed it in about 30 minutes and it looks great! Good as new! Better even because he slightly thickened it so it would be stronger than before so hopefully if I ever smack it against a metal water bottle again, it won't chip again! But it feels and looks just the same as it did before I chipped it! I've been going to him for years and everything he does (fix a cavity, put in a crown, fix a chipped tooth, or just a regular cleaning) is successful, painless, and quick! He also tells me to raise a hand if I feel any discomfort and he'll stop but in all the years he's been my dentist, I've never had to raise my hand! I asked several times should I expect any pain. The following week, I called about the sharp pains from the root canal that traveled to my ear. I went back in and she asked to pull the tooth. I declined based on no plan of action taken. I can't sleep still after two weeks with severe pain all through the day. It has affected everyday life since the procedure. Can't lay back or down on a pillow. Let me advise of the pain again shooting towards my ear and not being able to touch my face as it still hurts.This has been the worst experience with Crosstown Dental. Disappointed and advising to find another dentist for these kinds of procedures.
