He took care of all of us until I moved. My girls (twin girls) each had one tooth that stuck out. He had us take Popsicle sticks and push on those two teeth and finally that pushed the tooth back in line. That saved us two sets of braces ! Also, he and the staff have no empathy for those who do not have dental insurance. I regularly go for cleaning and bite wing xrays. As someone who suffers from dental-work anxiety, I was looking for a provider that could provide sedation dentistry while ensuring quality dental work. The high focus on the quality of aesthetics was an added bonus. The staff is the friendliest I've ever dealt with. Jana is my hygienist and is a sheer goddess. Dr. Trotter is patient, highly competent and 100% focused on patient satisfaction. The prices are above average for the area but dental work isn't a place I'm willing to sacrifice quality for cost. The facilities are very well maintained, each dental chair is in a separate room for added privacy - not to mention every room is a room with a view! I'll continue the drive to enjoy exceptional service and craftsmanship.

(You can read my review of that person on this site as well) Dr. Thomas and his staff managed to work me in between appointments on a Thursday afternoon and did a root canal for me without having to schedule a return visit. I'm not a big fan of dentists, I rank them (not as individuals mind you, simply in overall image and fear provoking terms) right up there with politicians and spree-killers. However, Dr. Thomas made every single effort imaginable to assure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and experienced as little pain as possible. More importantly, the following day he actually took the time to call me on his way home from the office to check on my comfort and to let me know that I was welcome to call him over the weekend if I had any questions or concerns. That, my friends, is going the extra mile and assuring a high level of client satisfaction that we find so lacking in today's disconnected society. I would definitely recommend this office.
