I came here from my previous dentist when my previous dentist was closed and I had an emergency…read more Dr. Iams and Dr. Turner and the staff highly impressed me. After our first meeting where they professionally treated my emergency and with immediate painless results, I have become a regular. The place is always exceptionally clean and when I first moved here I reviewed some dental offices that were scarily not hygienic. They have state of the art equipment when it comes to specialty treatment that my previous dentist didn't have or even discuss with me as an option. My previous dentist kept wanting to send me to a periodontist but Dr. Iams was able to keep me away from surgical procedures. I never have a problem getting an appointment. They will send you emails to put your appointment on your calendar, give you a text reminder on the day of and of course, only if you want them. Called late Friday with a dental problem and I was in on Monday. Great service can't be beat.

The entire office is like family! They are the sweetest, kindest staff ever. I've called in for…read moreemergency and was worked right in, everytime. Dr. Ijams called me over the weekend when I had my wisdom teeth pulled and once when the office was not open for my follow-up appointment due to their error and the hygienest came to MY office and removed my stitches! I've been hooked every since. The front office staff is just top notch when it comes to speaking to you regarding a balance and working with you for out of pockect services.

It's been four years since I've had work done at Southern Dental Implant Center. Dr. Collier I…read morebelieve is a very good dentist. I spent over $30,000 having work done at his business. I was accused of not paying $100 after handing over $30,000 in cash throughout a period of 2 1/2 years.... it was one particular visit and over $12,000 that I paid before the procedure. I counted the money the night before I went, I counted the money the morning before I got there, and counted the money in front his receptionist. After the procedure, she called me and said Dr. Collier wanted to know why he was short $100. There are too many other businesses that offer the same procedures with the same or better than skilled dentist. He will never get another dime from me or my family. It was insulting. Mike Cochran

BEWARE EXTREMELY PRICEY BAIT-AND-SWITCH (and with no adequate communication or explanation)…read more After undergoing a "no-cost" evaluation and treatment plan presentation, I was offered several options. Being very cost-sensitive, I chose the best option for me, which would have completed my front teeth with a bridge for under $4,000. It was very explicitly described by the treatment coordinator, Casie Deisher, during the last entire portion of our conversation, that for under $4,000, I could have the front teeth done with a permanent solution, followed by other needed dental work in the future, which is not front-facing. After committing to the initial $650 following the consultation, I was scheduled for the next appointment. However, at that appointment, the cost had increased to no less than $9,000. Casie Deisher, who presented the plan, remembered she had mentioned the solution for under $4,000 but couldn't remember how she arrived at that figure. Eventually, she emailed me a solution that would involve placing a temporary "flipper" in my mouth until future work could be completed. This appears to be a bait-and-switch ploy by Dr. Jason Collier and Casie Deisher that is probably successful with people who can afford the higher cost, as they initially sucked me in with a $650 commitment expecting that I would be able to pay for their bait-and-switch cost of $9,000.
