I have been going to this dentist about 4 years. It so sore that you cant eat on that side. i have had my appointment cancelled twice because the hygenist called in sick..You would think that they would try to squeeze you in with someone else. Now I am loosing my cleaning benefit for the year b/c no appointments are available that fit my schedule. Then when a procedure needs to be done, they give you a print out of what needs to be paid out of pocket and you pay the day of your service and then 2 months down the line a bill appears that you owe them more money which I think is insane! So they are expensive and overcharge on there procedures and pick the highest thing that the insurance will pay for so the patient will owe more money. I think 2020 I will be looking for a new dentist! His office needs to be investigated as far as whats in the hygenists scope of practice. He lets the hygenist give shots to numb the patients mouth. He needs to be investigated on the prices he charges.

From the 1st time he started working on Mt mouth I was in pain. He had to sculpt the two teeth that was missing the very first time he put them in they felt like boulders in my mouth my tongue rubbed in them and my jaw was sore. I complained to him again he said it would be OK. The pain was constant an my mouth was sore and my jaw was swollen. Every time I asked him was was going on he would say nothing. He was very condensing and would give me a straight answer one he left out the room and I realized the broken took I wanted fixed was gone and there was a pole sticking out my gum the wisdom tooth has been filed down? Why? He didn't have my permission nor did he ask. After over two months of pain I explained to him if he couldn't get it right there was not going to be anymore Dr. Patient relation. So he decided he would resize the teeth so he since he was the one that sized them in the beginning. When I left his office I noticed that was the first time in over 2 months my mouth didn't hurt the next morning his receptionist called and said he wanted me to go to a gum specialist. Why now? Later that day I was eating a salad on the right side because I couldn't chew on the left side. The wasn't anything hard in the salad no carrots not even meat. I felt something Strange I spit everything out including the. Teeth I asked for my money back. He said he would give it back that was in October 3 reps from humana have contacted him and he said he would send the money back. Even yesterday a rep contacted him he prolonging giving me my money back. He also needs to pay for the wisdom tooth he filed down its now sensitive. He gave me toothpaste for that (lol) and for the tooth he filed completely he needs to pay for an implant the insurance doesn't pay for those and that's the only way I'll have a tooth in the spot he is a very Bad dentist. And I he won't cover the damage he's done I will have no chose but to Sue him. I went in with two missing teeth and one broken. And came out with 3 missing teeth an on damaged because he filed it down . This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. And the error above should say there was nothing wrong with my wisdom teeth but he filed that one down. Dr chinn you know you should pay for the way you messed up my mouth. The only reason he got one star is because i had to give at least one to send this post​​

The dentist tells us both we need fillings redone and uses a camera to show us the spots on our teeth as "proof". I don't know know what I'm looking at, so of course I'm going to trust the expert. Well, we decide it's odd that our last routine visit within the same year didn't mention any areas to watch so we get a second opinion. Absolutely nothing wrong with our teeth, no fillings need redone. If we did what the dentist suggested we would be out hundreds of dollars each and for no real reason but money-hungry "medical professionals." I never write bad reviews, but I have to warn others because I picked this place based on the previous high reviews. Scary! Also they billed my insurance for X-rays which I didn't get. Maybe that was an error, but honestly what percentage of people check their claims for accuracy and how many "errors" don't get caught?
