I came in with pain level 8/10 and high anxiety. However, Dr. Ivers was very informative, detailed, and professional. I asked if I should go ahead and get all four of my wisdom teeth out but because I chose to do local anesthesia instead of IV sedation, he recommended that I just get the two bottoms out first then come back for the others. The whole experience was very painless and quick! The local anesthesia if anything was the hard part. He was done with my wisdom teeth removal in less than 2 mins! I recieved 7 stiches to my lip and 3 to my hand. Within 3 days my lip became necrotic. I saw my PCP on day 4 and her IMMEDIATE reaction was that I needed to see a surgeon THAT DAY!! No one was available on Day 5 Dr.Russ examined me.... cut out the necrotic tissue on my lip and performed the MOST AMAZING reconstruction surgery!! He claimed he wasn't a plastic surgeon but his work was AMAZING. After following his treatment plan as instructed... when I came back 3 days later for my post-op visit. He was thrilled that the wound looked 1000% better and so was I !!! On day 10 he removed the sutures he placed and OMG!!! The deformity that I anticipated having was NO LONGER an issue because his work was ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING leaving only a hairline scar!!! The offices are extremely well equipped, and the staff is very welcoming. I was promptly taken back where Jessica performed X-rays, followed by an extensive cleaning that involved lots of Calcitron work to remove calcified deposits. Her upbeat chair side demeanor made the experience much more enjoyable. The post cleaning debriefing was informative, and checkout was pain-free. While this facility specializes in far more complex restorative work then I required, I was very impressed with the overall experience.

I found Dr. Darren Williams first when I'd taken a friend for a procedure. I decided to get a second opinion and chose Dr. Williams for that opinion. He put my fears at ease. I decided right then to switch over to his office. I've never regretted that decision. Not having insurance I found a credit card called Care Credit- for health issues. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes from the time I was out under general anesthesia to when I woke up. Very little pain and very little bleeding. I'm on my second day now and have virtually no pain. I cannot recommend him enough and was delighted that he takes our insurance through Humana.
