My culinary tourism continues with my first Filipino Food in Boracay, I had my sights at another Filipino eatery which was packed, and I explored Thai, Japanese, and Korean places, but ultimately ended here by chance when we were about to give up with our hunt. I was ready to buy cup of noodles instead and enjoy it at my hotel. There were three of us and we ordered lechon belly, crispy dinuguan, Bulalo and chopsuey. Service was slow, about 30 minutes. We were served "carinderia" type dishes, which was not bad,. Only the crispy dinugan was deliciously presented. I could make a better version of the bulalo at home, and the chopsey was overcooked vegetables. They must have made a whole batch for the entire evening. The lechon belly came in much later, when we were already full. Needless to say we hardly touched it. I don't know why it took so long, when it was on display in the front of the restaurant and all they had to do was chop it up and serve it. We had it wrapped to go with the intention of giving it to a peddler, security guard or some hungry kid on our way to the hotel, which we did.

Came to Jeepney Stop for breakfast after searching for traditional Filipino food. Boracay beach is filled with restaurants and food that is catered to the tourist population, so it was difficult to come across Filipino options, especially breakfast. Outdoor seating was spacious and the service was friendly. We ordered the tapsilog, tocsilog, and volcano bomb poppers. I wish I could say the food was more than mediocre, but it wasn't. The meat in the tapsilog and tocsilog was tough and lacking flavor (had to pour vinegar and soy sauce all over that jawn). The portion of meat was so small compared to the rice. Also the poppers were incredibly spicy and incredibly deep fried. Would not order those again, as they were difficult to eat, not only because of the taste but because of the spice level. Overall the whole experience was just okay. Mostly giving three stars for the service and ambiance.

Disappointing, staff appears overworked, they are rushing and frowning. Food is bland and very expensive.

*** 9/5/22 update For the two weeks we have been in Boracay,…read morewe have been here 15+ times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!! Love the food, the people, and vibe! First review: This is one of our favorite places to go on Boracay, if you're in the Bulabog Beach area. It's super chill and relaxing right on the beach. We've been here 3 times already in the past 2 days, so that says something. There are a variety of seating options, at the bar, low top, high top, and even right off the side walk if you want to people watch. The food is good and for a reasonable price. Staff are very warm and welcoming, even getting tips on scuba diving. We went there for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I had the Filipina Cornsilog for breakfast - corned beef, two sunny side eggs, and garlic rice. Not my usual breakfast, but it was good and it came with a side fruit and pressed coffee (tea or juice options as well). I was looking forward to the Tapsilog, but they ran out. My bf had the frittata and he thoroughly enjoyed it. As for lunch, I had ordered the spicy garlic shrimp and a grilled chicken sandwich for the man. One point with the shrimp and it was finger lick'n good! It came with seven shrimp and it was enough as an appetizer. The sandwich was devour in record time! He loved it and already said he's going to get it again tomorrow. And for dinner, I had the pork liempo (pork belly) soy-infused served with rice. My bf enjoyed a grilled vegetable sandwich just as much as the grilled chicken. We'll be coming back for sure!

This place is great if you're looking for a bar on the more chill side of Boracay. They have food,…read moresnacks and a full bar. It's walking distance from DMall and is beach front. Cute tiki themed decor and super friendly staff! Great drinks (try the calamansi caipirinha). Kenneth was our waiter twice and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations for breakfast. This is a definite must try if you're staying at the Ventosso residences. I will definitely be back!
