Newport Harbor Quality Duffy Flooring Installation! In upgrading our '95 Classic 18' Duffy Boat, we wanted a Corinthian teak style carpet to look like the new Duffys being produced. A family run business, all of the employees, from Jeddy himself, his granddaughter Natalie, to installers Eddie and Albert, are knowledgeable, accommodating and nice people. My experience was enjoyable, not stressful, and all of our window coverings, carpet and re-upholstered furniture look fantastic. When a carpet I chose for our two covered balconies did not look acceptable and could not be re-installed using the same material (it was due to the width of the material requiring a seam) Jeddy removed it and reinstalled a different material at no charge. I met up with Natalie in early January 2016 at Jeddy's new location off of PCH. I'd taken our Ottoman top which had torn. I was originally under the impression it was made of leather, but she corrected me on that and gave me a number of options to choose from, from similar pleather-type material to vinyl to leather. She educated me on each material's longevity and various trade-offs. In the end we chose Vinyl, but couldn't decide on a color. She gave me one of her sample books to take back to our home to share with my wife. We were able to select a very nice burgundy color cover and let her know of our selection. We also asked to get it done in less than 3 weeks. She assured me she could get it done within that timeframe. She was able to complete the replacement in just under two weeks, four days earlier than I expected, and the final work looked great! We are very pleased and love the new look. Overall, the workmanship is great, and Natalie was very accommodating and helpful. I'm already looking at other furniture we have and considering what to take to her next! read more

Need boat cushions reupholstered? This might be the place. Need an expensive piece of Italian furniture reupholstered? STAY AWAY! We have an Italian furniture set that is comprised of two chairs, an ottoman and a love seat. We had the two chairs redone in a pear sen-suede material over a year ago. This was done in L.A. It wasn't cheap, but they came out phenomenal. We decided it was time to get the love seat out of moth balls and have it redone as well. Seeing as we don't live in L.A. anymore we decided to keep our business local, so we tried Jeddy's. The ladies that work there were super nice and didn't mind that we brought in our own material as they didn't have access to the pear sen-suede. We had it shipped at our own expense after we got a quote of $300 for a new cushion and labor for reupholstering. We should have known it was too good to be true. $300 sounded like a bargain compared to the quote we received from the previous re-upholstery person. When we went in to pick up our piece we were told the price was $575. What happened to $300? Apparently, they had a hard time working with the material. Why couldn't they call and say it was going to be more expensive than what was initially quoted? Helloooo? Ever hear of customer service, Jeddy? What's wrong with giving us the heads up that there was a problem and that the price was going to change? And what about the new cushion? We sat on the cushion once and the half we sat on is flat as a pancake. I'd steer clear of this place. read more

I rarely post reviews, but I am compelled to share my experience due to the high level of service and craftsmanship. I saw Jeddy's store while in Dana Point. I asked around and discovered they had a good reputation. To make a long story short, the process was very good with personalized service. To my delight, the upholstery job came out wonderful. I was concerned due to the technical nature of the work with a lot of quilting and alignment challenges. There were some minor adjustments required after installation, and Jeddy's gladly accommodated me. read more

I am so happy I found Jeddy's Interiors to reupholster my dining room chairs. The dining room set belonged to my mother so there is a lot of sentimental value, and I wanted the chairs to turn out perfect. Jeddy's is a CUSTOM provider of boat and home interiors and upholstery. That means reputation is everything. Not just price, as I have seen some comment by a customer that seemed they were just price shopping. Jeddy's has recently completed upgrading all the interior carpeting and window treatments for our 50ft boat in Dana Point harbor. He did a CUSTOM job, came in within budget and schedule. Price was, and should always be, a consideration. But value for the dollar is important as well. In this Jeddy met and exceeded our expectations. In summary, Jeddy always, for me, NEVER OVER COMMITS, but always OVER DELIVERS in price and value. As do his installers and all on the Jeddy team. That is why his reputation is exceptional. Jeddy's just delivered our 2 re-upholstered couches, and they are gorgeous. The workmanship is excellent. Even though we said we were not in a hurry, the work was completed promptly. We looked for a very, very long time at many fabric stores in OC and LA for just the right fabric and couldn't find it. Finally, we thought to go to Jeddy's for advice. Within 15 minutes Natalie had shown us the perfect fabric, and we were very picky about what we wanted.
