We bought a complete X-ray system for our urgent care from Ralph sales man in Southwest Imaging. He will promise you the world with his boss Jim the Owner. But be aware of these two cheaters. Southwest Imaging promised us the digital X-ray, we ended up with a fake software version that's never worked. We had to install ourselves and had to call other people to help us troubleshoot. They took a month trying to install the equipment we bought, and it was never done right. Our X-ray has been acting up for 5 weeks, no one can help us, they just give us the run around, they are cheaters, and they should never be in business. We finally got to speak to Ralph (the sales guy) and Jim the President after we threaten them with our attorney. So now they want to charge us for shipping the part tube, and charge for labor, they claim the warranty will cover parts only, no shipping and no installation, but wait they can't show us where they read this. The contract says full warranty labor and parts. Run away from Southwest Imaging, they are nothing but trouble.

I said, "so meanwhile my Dad called and they said they couldn't find an order so we had to come here and spend almost 2 hours here just to tell you that?" She said that she was going to re-order and make notes to make sure that it went through. The treatment is almost inhumane!!!! Not only are they tone deaf, they're too cheap to get Wi-Fi. Who asks an 87 year old with a bad back and a cane ((NO ONE with common sense)) to "walk around until you find good reception") Also I asked to make an appointment and they said that I couldn't unless I got a Dr referral- I told them that I was self insured and would just pay cash- they said sorry we can't see you then!!! (This was a previous time that we were there)- Wait times are horrendous!! the lobby is always packed and you can expect to wait am hour, AT LEAST- just honestly look at the reviews and make your own decision but I promise you this place is just a complete factory out to make money and nothing else-one of the worst run businesses that I've ever had experience with in my entire life. The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. The line was really long and the waiting room was full. It seemed as if they were short staffed. The woman at the desk was rushed but friendly. I filled out my paperwork and returned it. Then I waited. People just kept coming in so she couldn't process my paperwork for some time. The wait was quite long until the line died down and she could get to me. I waited a bit longer and was taken to the back. The xray tech who helped me took several images with different angles and I was on my way. It was easy, but the wait was a bit excessive. I don't live close but maybe the key is to come in when they open?
