In the past month my computer broke twice! The first time they were able to repair it in under a week. Although it was expensive, it was nonetheless very much worth it. Yesterday, one of my startup disks failed, leaving me computerless. I was under pressure for a deadline and didn't know what to do. I called Apple who booked me an appointment with Gravis today.
