I grab an envelope flip it inside out so I can return a small package. The girl told me I cannot use an envelope and it must be in a box. I guess she didn't like me using an envelope and flip it inside out and use it as a returned. I think she wants me to buy a shipping box. Her name is Nadia and I think she was very rude and tells me I cannot use a blank envelope to conceal my package. I use an envelope to ship all my package and FedEx never had an issue, but somehow this location she was very vocalized. I thought she was going to drag me out of the store. Her voice was so loud and it seems like her intention was to let everyone in the office to hear.

You'll see plenty of packages getting ready to be sent out. but they do try to make the place clean and clear pathway to the register or kiosk. The packages arrive before 1:30pm and are all received in excellent condition, no damage. Packages and mail received are safe, there are no problems with potential mail thieves breaking into your mail box. Any negatives? The parking lot is a bit small and can get crowded at times but that's it. If you are looking for a P.O. Box or shipping center, SNS Postal is ideal.

The pick up hours on the DHL emails says they close at 4:30 PM but they were actually still open when I arrived at around 4:45 PM. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Shipping prices/stamps are also very reasonable. I think they also do notary here which is a plus. This location has a small parking lot attached but it was pretty empty when I came. Baldwin park UPS store and it says I dropped it off on March 1, 2026 and they created the label back on February 1, 2026‍ this store is soo ridiculous and full of thieves!! Biggest mistake trusting this location with my package they scanned my package in and it never left their store according to UPS! Of course the store blames UPS even though they never got it! I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! He just kept saying to file a claim and how UPS has special technology to track packages lol ya maybe that's true if the package had left your store in the first place never coming to this location again
