Contractor NO SHOWED for an inspection he scheduled and rescheduled three (3) times for foundation services. I contacted JD Enterprise and spoke with Zack Estep. He scheduled a time to come (11:00 A.M.)look at my house to provided a foundation estimate. Then, a couple of hours before he was to come, he called and changed the time to then 1:00 P.M. because he was working on anther job. Th then he never showed up. I called his cell phone number and tried to make several attempts to speak with him. He would NOT take my call or answer my text messages. I ask you, "What kind of reputable contractor schedules a time to come give an estimate to provide foundation repair" and then NO SHOWS, NO ANSWERS and gives NO COMMUNICATION. I used another foundation repair company, Precision Foundation Specialists Inc out of Fayetteville, Arkansas and they gave me a price and fixed the foundation in 2 days. I contacted the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board and found out the JD Enterprise Contractor's License had EXPIRED in December 2017. So, on top of this, they were violating the law by providing contractor services on an EXPIRED LICENSE! Wow, that is a fine of $200/day according the the Contractor's Board. Mr. Estep is a bad contractor in my opinion. I am glad I went with PFS Inc. to fix my problem. AVOID, I want NOTHING from JD Enterprise or Zack Estep. read more

I just bought an historical house in Greenland & was concerned about the foundation. David Jester, of JDE came out. Turns out that although not up to modern building codes, the foundation seems to be functioning fine & to update it would be excessive in costs. Not only did he give me an honest opinion, but he even emailed the pictures of the foundation he took, the very next day, without any prompting!
