Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. I was still in the process of moving a few last items, and each team member was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout. The cleaning was extremely detailed, and i am very thankful for their thorough work. I was especially concerned about lingering pet odors since I have two cats, but the team used special products, and by the time they finished, there was no trace of any Cats living there and the place looked and smelled great. Scheduling was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I had called several other cleaning companies before finding Majestic Maids, and many didn't even answer the phone. The three women cleaned my home like they would have cleaned a hotel room, so they moved quickly, but they broke things in the house and they decided where things belonged. God forbid they put things back where they found them! When I contacted Tony about the problems I had with the service, he said he would replace the broken things, but what they broke are two sets of blinds; and all I can figure is that once Tony understood how expensive blinds are to replace, he decided to ghost me. I tried to schedule a second visit with him, and I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for him to schedule with me. These people are probably good for cleaning up prior to moving into an empty place, or after moving out of a place; but they don't seem to want to establish continuing clients.
