They had a relative / friend post a star review. Isn't this odd. Their friend location is in South Carolina. The company responded I had a 4 bedroom house, yet they only "cleaned" (loosely saying the word "cleaned") 2. They arrived a 1:30pm and 3:00pm on the dot. As they were walking out I said did you clean this vinyl floor, the owner said yes. I replied there is no way, this looks the same. He told the lady to go get the swifter, she came in and was doing a half job for less then 5 minutes. I told them that is ok. Furthermore, I should have known they were going to be shady. Before purchasing the Groupon deal I called them and ask when I purchase the deal how soon can you come. The owner said if you purchase through us directly then we can come tomorrow, if you go through groupon it would be a few weeks to a month. I should have went with Groupon at least I would have had some accountable. Actually, I will call Groupon to inform them how this company is undercutting them and being shady.

I had never used a cleaning service before for my house. I did not know what expect. I put a request on Yelp and my request was submitted to 4 different cleaning service companies. Only 2 responded. I filled out the request at 4pm and got a response from this company immediately! They also were available to come next day, that's what I wanted. There was a guy and a girl who showed up ready to work. They took their time and did a GREAT job. A bit pricey so I could not afford s monthly cleaning but maybe once every 4 months. Kept me updated on arrival time. My first experience was good. I will use them again.

The doors are expensive and they've recently just said 'ya we're not going to pay for them' to get replaced. They've played games with me for 5 months (since March) going hot and cold on finishing the job which includes getting to the point in July where I actually drive 2 hrs to a distributor they identified to verify the new correct doors only for them to go silent for 6 weeks, not place the order, and after 6 weeks just tell us its not going to happen. During a big reno-job for a 1,000 sq/ft condo the company's CEO misordered a number of things (faucets, bathroom vanity's) and cabinet doors which do not match what we already had on the walls. The time and patience I've given this company for their front office has been incredible - including hostility and hangups from the CEO on phone calls. I do no believe the front office of this organizations is capable of managing a larger job and its complexities (not to mention dealing with insurance companies and how to go back and forth on prices and costs). The only upside, I appreciated the handyman they sent out as he worked his butt off and had to constantly redo the work from his rotating cast of sidekicks who seemed brand new.

The women weren't able to communicate with me. I tried calling their manager, he hung up on me twice and the third time didn't even pick up. The cleansers apparently called him and just went back to their car without telling me anything. Can't speak to their cleaning abilities, but a total lack of communication, punctuality, and professionalism.

He was on time and his communication was on point. I appreciated him giving me a heads-up when he was on his way, almost at the house, and also when he was almost done with his work, so that it gave me plenty of time to inspect everything. He even did a detailed walk through of his cleaning with me, which is something I've never had from previous cleaning services. Nothing felt rushed and Barry took the time and effort to ensure everything was clean to my satisfaction. Very happy to recommend. 5 stars!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I allowed this company access to my rental property via a…read morelockbox so they could clean prior to an open house. I was the first person in the house a few days after and aside from a clean fridge and stove, it looked like no one cleaned the house except for a few vacuum strokes. There was still stuff on the carpet and even on the hard floor in the kitchen. They gouged the FRESHLY painted walls to the point we needed to pay someone to Spackle/sand/paint the walls because we were out of time before a lead inspection/Open house and we would've been dinged for a gouge in the wall. At first Barry claimed he would pay us for the repair to the wall (via Zelle, his preferred method) , claiming they didn't do it; then claiming if one of his team members did it, he wasn't aware. We had the wall repaired and then suddenly Barry would not respond to a single message, did not pay for the repair which was MORE money out of our pocket and he denied the Zelle request. So not only was our house NOT cleaned, he did not keep his word regarding paying for damage that was NOT there prior to "his team" entering. We are filing fraud with our bank, contacting BBB for the work ethic, among other means to rectify this nightmare experience. Never again. Regarding the fridge, either they didn't move the fridge to clean the floor or they did and damaged our brand new wall... so we paid for work not done or he DID the work along with the damage.. it doesn't go both ways EDIT: Barry claims I am a bully and was satisfied following the video chat after the rental property was "cleaned" it's not hard to say good job when a video chat avoids showing damage to a wall or pieces of debris laying along all the floorboards. We will never use this company again, and neither will real estate investor we work with to prep homes. We paid for service we didn't receive AND ended up paying for damage his team caused. Barry claimed he would reimburse us; however, he conveniently stopped responding to our attempts to reach him. The multiple avenues we are taking for the fraud and BBB will help us since he refuses
