The location is a bit unassuming and can be hard to find, but the main entry sign helps, then the location is on the side of the building instead of the front. I called and was able to make a same day appt with Scott, during our initial consultation, Scott was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, gentle, understanding...all the things that make a good PT! We walked through the initial scope, did a few exercises and movements, talked through the plan and set up a schedule to keep things moving and progressing. Overall, very happy with the referral and the time with Scott so far!

I was never passed off to an assistant or shuffled between providers, which made a huge difference in my recovery. I came in with a painful adductor tendon/muscle injury in my groin that had started affecting my hips as well. He quickly deciphered what was causing my pain, treated both the original injury and the related hip issues, and developed a plan that was both targeted and effective. Scott gave me exercises to do at home and explained why each one mattered. I followed the program consistently, and together with his treatment, I was able to recover much more quickly than I expected. He is knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping his patients get better. If you're looking for a physical therapist who provides individualized care and delivers results, I would absolutely recommend Scott.

During August 2026 my brother spent a total of 24 days here. His first stay was 10 days when his…read moretime was up they sent him back to the hospital then after a few days in the hospital he was sent back for more rehab then sent home after 14 days. His stay was due to a spinal cord injury. During his stay he progressively lost function and independence! He also received a hospital acquired infection in his blood. They kept him for an extra few days while treating him for the infection they caused. While he was there almost every thing was done for him! Instead of having him practice daily how to care for himself independently they did it for him and used equipment that he didn't have for use at home. When he was discharged he was sent home without any home health and still unable to do anything independently for himself! He couldn't get himself into the bed because they used a lift at the rehab and he had to use a slide board at home and wasn't sure how. He couldn't get his shoes on because they did it for him instead of teaching him how to use the tools to do it himself. He couldn't get onto the bed side commode with a slide board because they used a lift. THIS Place is not a rehabilitation facility! It's a glorified nursing facility. If you or your loved ones hopes are to learn how to be independent at home don't go here it's not worth the risk! Not only did they send him home without an after care program they sent him home without having any one that could help him at home! We are currently looking for another rehabilitation facility that will actually teach him and help with setting up after care programs.

my husband was at this rehab for 10 days because it was supposed to be wonderful...when i picked…read morehim up he looked worse than when he had been discharged from the hospital. he was disheveled, had not shaved in 10 days..when i got him home he had trouble getting his balance when he got out of the car. no one ever asked me what my goals were for his rehab. the caregiver app was useless. they did not include me, the caregiver, in "care" team meetings. i have concluded they wrote him off rather than trying to improve his physical abilities. the jury is still out...but i think the past 10 days were a waste of time and money.
