He just finished today (2 day job) and I am so thrilled with how it came out. He was incredibly quick and responsive from getting us a quote, providing insurance and contractor's license information, and scheduling the install - all occurred in a quicker time frame than we have ever experienced with any other contractor. He was very clean and respectful of our home in setting up his workstation, and he even made the accommodation of working on the weekend when we weren't able to be home during the week. We are truly delighted we found him through good reviews, and hope others are able to use our review to do the same. You will not regret hiring him, and we will be recommending his services to any friends and family who need a tile installation expert.

The LVP has held up well with no scratches. We are very pleased with it. We have hardwood stairs. The salesperson helped us match the LVP with the stain on the stairs. It blends perfectly. This is my second experience with FlooringRVA. I first had hardwood flooring installed by them…read more(see my review on Yelp) and back in January 2018 I picked out and had carpet installed. It's now June so I've had time to settle in with my carpet and wanted to provide a review of the experience. I read lots of reviews and research things to death before I make a decision so I don't give people a high rating just to be "nice". I also consider myself to be be a little hard to please because I'm used to doing a lot of work on my home myself and I have a high standard of quality while being thrifty. That being said, I shopped around a few quotes and came back to FlooringRVA. Long story short...I felt the price I paid for what I wanted was spot on. I had a good experience with the two man crew that came to install the carpet and padding. And 6 months later things are still meeting my expectations. Robert, the owner, was the real reason behind going with FlooringRVA a second time. He personally came to measure and offer suggestions. I preferred to text and Robert made himself available at all times throughout the day when I had questions. I didn't always expect an immediate response but one was always received. I could tell he and his staff were committed to my being satisfied throughout every step in the process and I couldn't find that level of customer focus with any other competitor. For those that want to see, I've attached a few pics of my carpet. Thx FlooringRVA!
