He knows a lot about flooring and helped me figure out which route to go (wood laminate flooring vs. vinyl flooring vs. laminate flooring! - so many decisions to make!). It was great to have someone really smart and knowledgable as I wasn't experienced with this and also wasn't 100% sure which way I wanted to go. He helped with the vinyl flooring, took his time explaining things like baseboard removal before the job and what he would charge, as well as the baseboard installation after the flooring was done and other details and nuances of a job like this. He made the whole procedure seem as effortless as it could possibly be. The end result wasn't bad either! And his pricing is really reasonable. I recommend him highly. I found his work to be excellent quality and he steered me away from getting a type of flooring that he said would buckle.

Since I live out of state, clear communication and reliability were extremely important to me, and Mike delivered on both. I had an exterior door that wasn't sitting correctly. Several other companies told me the door needed to be fully replaced, but Mike took the time to assess the issue and was able to fix it by making adjustments, adding new weather stripping, and properly sealing it. The door now fits tight and functions exactly as it should. My tenant was very happy with the result, especially knowing it's now sealed well enough to keep scorpions out.
