Once I walked in, she was able to tell right away that my lashes weren't great but she listened with no judgement and truly took the time to listen to what I wanted, which is just a simple classic and natural look to my lash extensions. We created a plan and she quickly got to work, she took the time to properly clean my lashes and get them looking better and explained every step to me. She consistently made sure I was comfortable and ensured to take good care of my eye area, everything was super clean. She uses a magnifying lamp even during a leg wax to make sure she gets every hair. She is fun to talk to, and she is knowledgeable about every type of skin. I tend to get really red when I get waxed, and she uses a product that eliminates the redness. No more telltale red marks left behind telling everyone you just got your lip waxed!
