If you ever have a billing issue or any kind of customer service questions forget it! To get anyone pick up the phone or answer an email is literally an act of Congress. You may think I'm kidding but I have left literally 20+ messages and numerous emails. Once in a blue moon someone answers and they promise to fix my ongoing billing issue. I even had to stop the guy dumping my trash to actually call Oliver. I was promised almost a month ago it would be corrected. Next billing cycle only part of the issue was resolved. Numerous calls and emails again with no answer or callback. Even if I am maybe mistaken about the billing issue they won't even call and explain why. I have never had a company neglect their customers so bad with their customer service. I stay with them because they are a small company with pretty good prices and my billing issue isn't astronomical amounts of money but even if I wanted to drop service I wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone to cancel.

Working with Eddy was a pleasure and I have only said that of one other contractor in my many large and small projects. We live in Altadena and while our house is standing it had damage and the garage, back yard and pool all were destroyed. We decided to take out the pool as we did not get enough money from insurance to redo it and do not use it any longer. We had a contractor lined up who had a similar bid as Eddy's but when we were ready to do the work, he went silent. We were under a timing issue now as we needed to get the pool removed before we did the thorough cleaning of the house. We hustled and found Eddy and another contractor on Thumbtack. We checked both out thoroughly and went with Eddy as we liked him and his record was spotless including no litigation. His bid was the same as the first contractor and after speaking and meeting him we liked his manner and attitude. Eddy was on time to every meeting he started the job when he said he would and finished on time. He is an honest individual as demonstrated by my accidentally overpaying him and him pointing it out to me immediately. Our pool was very large; deep and the yard was multiple levels. We had him take away much of the surrounding decking and level the yard all of which was done to our complete satisfaction. We had a hiccup in that while excavating we discovered a jacuzzi that had been abandoned. It had been walled up and cemented over but not taken out properly or by permit. This required another couple of days work to remove and have it reinspected. Eddy charged us a fair price for the additional work, and we are now properly cleaned. Throughout our collaboration, Eddy consistently demonstrated exceptional integrity and really wanted to do the project right. Communication was clear and timely, making the entire process seamless and efficient. Beyond reliability, Eddy showed great adaptability, and a "can do" attitude that was refreshing. To me, this is part of great customer service acknowledging the person who made the inquiry. Williams Junk Removal always answers their phone. They also arrived on time and with all the necessary equipment. I had an old spa that needed removed but was in a tight place located in my backyard They asked questions when they were not sure (like removing other wood pieces) and they offered to help us remove other junk that they saw lying around. They were swift and tidy, no messy debris left behind and we could see great teamwork within their organization. Afterwards, they also kept us informed as to where the materials were delivered to for recycling and/or for garbage. As I work with a lot of construction companies, Williams Junk Removal seem to be pretty well informed on what's happening in the industry and aware of the regulations affecting waste disposal and contractors meeting LEED building standards. People were squatting in these dilapidated structures, tearing them apart, and lighting them on fire. We'd tried applying for demolition permits ourselves, but our City made that complex and difficult to do. The task required technical expertise and savvy that we just didn't have, no matter how hard we worked or how well we did. We found Demo Leaders on Yelp, and negotiated a very fair price. They even helped us by recruiting a permit expeditor, which cut through all of the red tape. When the City finally issued the demo permits, Demo Leaders jumped in immediately and all of the distressed properties was scraped clean, down to the dirt. The City inspector was impressed with Demo Leaders' job, too. I DEFINITELY recommend Yanir and the team at Demo Leaders. They were patient, understanding, professional, and efficient.
