    The place itself needs a makeover, it looks a little beat up. But it is clean and the ladies that work there are a delight. I went in looking to go lighter, and I don't know the lingo used for it, but I was able to make an appointment for next day with Daniella, and she told me it was an ombré that I was looking to do. She was so sweet and she walked me through the process and everything. Very pleasantly surprised with the outcome, overall service and price! Will definitely be coming back.

    Went it specifically for just a trim for my daughters long curly hair. I asked the ladies at the desk if they had experience trimming Curly hair, 1 was honest and said no, Olga said that she could do it and knows how to cut curly hair. My daughter has thick curly hair almost down to her butt. I said for a trim, no more than 2 inches with long layers only. I sat on the opposite side and saw how she was handling her hair, she parted it, didn't wash it, and before I jumped up and ran over, she took a big chop. I thought she was then going to even it out, I'm not a stylist and don't know techniques and trusted. She then went to wash my her hair after, put her quickly under the dryer and asked me to pay. I usually don't pay until after- but figured no big deal. My daughter came out, in tears and I lost it. It was so horrible! A huge gap in the left side, she didn't even touch the right side. I was telling her, what happened? She tried to tell me it was a V cut. I didn't want to argue or continue to cause a seen and my daughter was so upset. The pictures will show the damage she did! I then had to drive around all of town to find someone to fix it. Olga should NOT have her license and should not be able to work there anymore! My husband and I went back the next day, showed the manager, Rema, she apologized profusely and gave us our money back. But that doesn't replace 8 inches of hair.

    Update: Chopped off my long hair again and went for a shorter bob. Thank you Lauren, the hairstylist brought my hair back to life again with this new look! I love it, my husband loves it too. I can always count on this spot to make my hair feel great. I also came around 3pm and it wasn't busy so it was nice and relaxing. I'm still deciding if I should go lighter with my hair since taking care of it is kind of a process for me and I don't know if I have the patience again for it lol. I love my new hair look! My daughter and I got our haircut done, as first time customers and walk-ins, I am really happy with the outcome, especially the services. We came in during the week around lunch time. The lady that cut my daughter's (so sorry I forgot her name) she did great with my daughter's hairstyle. My little girl loves her new hair cut. I had a different hairstylist cut my hair, Johanna, she was great! I liked how she was friendly and professional. She did amazing work with my hair. I went from long to a lob hair style. It came out perfect and she even curled my hair to show me how to curl with a flat iron. Really affordable and great service. Super happy! Thank you!

    I LOVE Nereida. I've been seeing her for years and don't let anyone else touch my hair. From trimming my fringe to highlights, she's been my go-to. She does my kids' hair also :) very skilled, knowledgeable and fun stylist.

    i walked into such a sweet environment and was welcomed so warmly, however, the women who cut my hair used a razor when i asked her for face framing and basically just cut a layer of hair shorter instead of blending my hair down with scissors. she didn't even go in with scissors for the face frame. i asked her to cut my dead ends off and not only did she leave dead ends, she made my hair uneven. now if my hair is parted down the middle you can visibly tell. one side on my face frame cut was actually a lil longer than the others and i asked her why and she said it's because i have an undercut. That hair came from the top of my head. she curled it all at the end so i wouldn't notice the unevenness. i had to straighten it to even find out it was uneven on my long parts.

    I came in on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment and got seated with Olga immediately - I was extremely nervous cause I usually go to private owned salons for anything hair related but I was desperate. First off Olga was very nice & polite she didn't come off as fake either, she was confident in her purpose & only wanted to help me. I had a bad balayage grow out and I've gone months without a cut or conditioning treatment so I just needed a cut. I went with a straight cut no layers or bob-style. I can be the first to say (from sooo many cuts I've had in my life) it is not the easiest thing to do but she made my hair come out flawless!!! I've never been able to say that before! Not even for a simple straight cut! So, thank you Olga! You rock girl!!!

So, then I decided to go on the website and book a different appointment with the other lash artist, which was accepted and I received a text from the owner asking if another time worked as this time was not available. I said yes and tried to coordinated another day, and yet again CRICKETS. This studio is not reliable or communicative whatsoever. Do not book!!! You'll be waiting weeks to get a response. Update : the owner called me and apologized for lack of communication and requested I come back and try the other lash girl Elizabeth instead of Nicole (who was let go after). I'm glad I did because she was wonderful and did a way better job on my lashes than Nicole anyways. I hope the communication is better and we will see in the next two weeks. I updated my stars because of my second experience!

    Please read the bad reviews before making an appointment because that was clearly my mistake before…read morecoming here. I made an appointment to receive half of a syringe in my lips & once I got there, the man that took me to the room had clarified exactly what I called for, to which I agreed to the half. He even told me that the nurse, Sajia, was on her last client (me) before heading to their other location and that should've been my other red flag but I didn't know she would rush to leave and carelessly give me a FULL syringe without my consent. She didn't ask, she didn't clarify, she just did. She left before I paid so when I got to the front that is when they told me the price would be $675. Now when I called originally I asked how much a full would be and they said $650. To make my point, the manager even said $650 when I finally got a hold of her 2 days later. I asked the woman that was charging me to ask Sajia what she done and she told her to take $100 off the service. To me that's putting a bandaid on a mistake. If it were me I would've definitely given them the other half for free knowing I didn't ask for their consent. I called a multitude of times to get a hold of the manager, my calls were even forwarded and I told them I would come in to which the front desk said it wasn't necessary. After calling 3 more times I finally got a call back from the manager and she had the worst attitude. Listen, I know damn well if this had happened to her just based on her energy she would not be okay with paying for a service she didn't ask for. Instead she justified in any possible way she could, "it's been 2-3 years since your last service so the nurse gave you what she recommended", "the nurse had communicated a full syringe", "we gave you a discount" blah blah.. complete bullsh-. I am so disappointed in her attitude towards a consumer, another woman to say the very least. I'm sure they have cameras and they definitely record the calls so I know for a fact that I'm not in the wrong and that she was trying to manipulate the situation. I'm just so shocked that they have someone like that running a spa. She even asked me if I wanted to get it removed knowing that costs more than just refunding me. I've learned my lesson and I'm never supporting their business again. Sure you might have had a good experience, but just know that if shit hit the fan and you were done dirty, they will absolutely not give a F- because all they want is your money. And to the b- of a manager, no one gives a f about a discount when you've been wrongfully charged but just know karma will come back to you.
