Beware to parents who are bringing their children in for pictures, if you try and help the photographer by helping your baby stand, you will be charged as an extra subject. PJ saw my daughters gown was a little wrinkled so she steamed it really quick...that was really sweet by the way .. Laney just took perfect pictures all around for my daughter. James was an amazing photographer. The two ladies in front though were EXTREMELY rude, and made us very upset. Our appointment was over 45 min late and when we tried to find out the ETA one of the ladies snapped at my husband and said "let me move." After the photo session when we asked if we could stop by later to pick up the photos, the second lady scolded us for not wanting to wait any more for the photos and said "are you sure you won't be upset later because I'll be the only one here and you'll have to wait." I am not sure what we did wrong in that studio. We were just there for a family shoot with our kids, made to wait incredibly long and then snapped at by impatient staf for simple asks. I almost cried when the first lady snapped at my husband. I kept wondering if it's just them or if there's something wrong with us that annoyed them. Really horrible customer service. I dont know why they have such bad reviews! I have had two amazing experiences here and will continue to keep going back! One for my daughters one year pictures last year, and last night for my dog with terminal cancer. Both times the customer service was great. The photos are great. The photographers (first time Emme second time Ellen) were great, patient and worked with me! Both times I was able to a variety of poses. There is always coupons for the digital copy of all the images, which is the only way I go and print them through shutterfly. I ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone. read more

Had a pathetic experience at the JCPenny Portraits Alderwood. I don't usually call out individuals in a review or escalate as I understand customer service is not easy. But while I can ignore incompetence or neglect, being intentionally rude and disrespectful without any provocation is inexcusable. We had a very nasty experience with the lady who scheduled our appointment at the JCPenny Portraits at Alderwood. While I completely appreciate her being accommodative to help us schedule a same day appointment, that was no excuse for her rude and disrespectful she was. She had a very passive aggressive tone from the onset. After that, we were canceled on without refund, even though we arrived at the location 30 minutes before the scheduled time. We could not find our photographer due to the unclear directions provided to us. Despite having our phone number, no one called us to check when they did not see us at the expected spot, and canceled on us without any notice. We were told that the photographer might be late and not to panic if we don't see her on time. So, we waited another 15 minutes after our appointed time before calling the studio. When I called the lady who scheduled our appointment, instead of explaining why we were being canceled, she just harped that we missed our appointment without even listening to our side of the story. It was our son's birthday which we wanted to make special since we hadn't celebrated the last 2 years because of the pandemic. Her rude behavior costed us 3 wasted hours without any photos to show for it. Not how one would like to spend their son's bday I am sure. We have not received any refund from the studio either despite the way they treated us. Never again will I use or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Very disappointing experience. We had a large group, took way longer than expected, photographer did weird combinations of people even though we told her our focus, so we had very few group pics to choose from. ALSO, portrait manage was VERY rude to my sister and told her we should know the policies and it's our fault that we didn't know my sister couldn't book separately in the same day? Still makes no sense. Have no idea what the rule is about and why that was an issue. She was paying separately and had her own coupons? Manager was very short with my sister during her photo shoot, and when we explained that we wanted out kids in a pic (separate booking, we were paying the sitting fees for both bookings), she was rude and took ONE PHOTO and then said she was done. On top of this, the pics we were shown, and the pics we received are extremely different as far as quality. The pics we were shown in-person in the studio were bright and clear; the photos we received were very dark and grainy. Absolutely a waste of money. Will not return. Absolutely do not recommend. I was there before COVID, had a really good experience, and made another appointment last week. We had a session last Saturday. They were 30 minutes behind and the lady who took the pictures was so in a rush. The photographer didn't let me choose the background and she pushed me to choose what she said. She took a few pictures and forced us to get out of the room while we still needed more family pictures (She also used potty words when she tried to take pictures from my kids). When we arrived home and got the receipt online I noticed they made a mistake and called and the person who answered the phone said I cannot fix it when you order and left the studio. I explained to her and she yelled at me on the phone and said I can't do anything for you. I looked at my pictures online, and I am just shocked at how terrible they are, Most of them are out of frame, and in most of the pictures either someone's hand or arm is missing on one side, and on the other side, there is plenty of space. I am so upset and would never go back to them and won't recommend them to anyone. They also charged us extra for photo packages while on the JCPenney website, the prices are way lower. read more

Made an appointment for 1:40 on a Sunday. Showed up a few minutes early as advised, only to find out that they were running behind. They suggested I leave my cell number and walk around the mall. We went out walking and at 1:59 they called and told us to come back, because we were up next. After we got back and checked back in, it still took another 12 minutes before they called us, which was around 35 minutes past our appointment time. Because they were so crowded, the waiting area was a madhouse, and they do all their photography consultations in the waiting area, so it's loud and crowded. They did volunteer an extra print as an apology for the wait, but still, I'd never go back. The actual photo session with our boys was good, but everything surrounding it (the delay, the madhouse of a waiting area, trying to pick our photo package in that madhouse) was just so unpleasant. read more

I have been going to this studio for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say, unlike wine, this place gets WORSE with time. So many changes in employees and management, and the new manager Cassie, did it for me. I brought my son in for his 3 year old pictures, and she was 40 minutes behind on my pictures. When we brought him back he was so cranky from waiting I had to reschedule, which she promised me free sheets for the wait, which was never notated on my account. 3 year olds don't sit still, she would try and get him to pose, and THEN go grab her camera and take two minutes to take a picture. By then, he's already moving around, its like she didn't know how to do her job and be ready. I tried to bring my newborn son in and finally had to tell her how to do her job, that in order to get my baby to pose she needed to be ready with camera in hand none of this on the computer, and then grabbing her camera to take a picture. I had Becky do my sons pictures before and she is phenomenal. I requested to have her do our family pictures and the guy that answered the phone told me he couldn't tell me if or when she could do our pictures because it was none of my business to know her schedule. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I booked an appointment and you won't even tell me if she can do my pictures or not because you don't feel like telling me? Becky did an awesome job on pictures, so the fact that the manager can't even use a camera is pathetic. Incredibly unprofessional, I will NOT be returning and am happy to take my business elsewhere. I had a horrible experience at JCPenny studio Lynnwood. The photographer was so lauded and dominating, I hated the way she carried out the whole photoshoot. I was expecting some positive experiences but she was super rude and rushing through the whole session. Also, It was very pricey even after the discount, I wonder who buys those pretty normal-looking pictures at an original price (lols). I came here to get photos taken with my fiancé and my kitten for Christmas cards. I found a really good groupon deal for $20 for a photo session and 36 cards made there. Sarah was our photographer and she was phenomenal! I had a vision in my head of what I wanted and she brought it to life! Don't let her young age fool you, she is very skilled. The only thing I didn't like so much was buying digital photos was $100! Jeez.. But I still bought them. RUN AWAY! WATCH OUT! They will try to take ALL of your money for very low quality pictures that you won't like. My family had the WORST experience. My husband and I were so excited to get pictures taken with our new born. I thought it would be a fun, nice experience and not more than 100$. I was WRONG! 1- The photographer didn't take more than five minutes taking the pictures. They pics were REAL BAD ( I would have done a better job and I'm not a photographer). 2- it was our daughter's first time so we decided we would buy them but WAIT- they WON'T ALLOW YOU to just buy the pictures without buying the enhancements ( a bunch of stuff you don't need) and they don't give you any other choice.. so you will be paying way over 100$ for bad pictures. We ended up paying 300$. You will be REQUIRED to pay a 10$ fee per person for the right to have pics taken by the untalented photographer. 3- Two Canvas were included in the package and they said we would get it in a week. Guess what? They NEVER ARRIVED. More than a month passed by. We paid more than 50$ for each Canvas. 4- I call them to ask them about them and requesting a refund. The customer service is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They did everything in their power not to give me the refund. The customer service at the northgate mall said " You have to come in person to RETURN the two Canvas. I kept explaining to her that I couldn't return something I didn't have but she kept calling it a return. She said she needed to talk to her manager. They didn't want to give me an answer 5 - This is when they start trying to STEAL MY MONEY in the most unbelievable way. The manager said that because the price of the Canvas was higher now I would have to pay FOR THE DIFFERENCE to do the RETURN and thus, I would end up OWING money. I know it's hard to be believe but I am not joking unfortunately. Of course I got furious and refused. 6 - The manager leaves me a voicemail saying " I am the manager at the woodenville mall and I learned you want to do a RETURN and I found out that the Canvas were on sale ( A BIG LIE) for 20$ each thus come to this location to get your 40$ 7- I call her back to explain that THEY WERE NOT ON SALE. If that was true, then what did we pay 300$ for? 300$ is a lot of money. The manager HUNG OFF the phone on me. Unfortunately again, I am not joking. WHAT A NIGHTMARE : ( 8- This is when I found JC Penneys complaints department online ( best team ever in MN). This team is smart and honest and does an extraordinary job. They saw my bill and what was purchased and clearly saw I needed to get a refund for 130$. They apologized for the horrendous experience and refunded me the money. Terrible. When setting the stage for my family to be photoed, they told me I couldn't take pictures with my own camera. This reminded me of every amusement park I've ever been to when I was told not to take a photo in front of their cheesy background where they took your photo and tried to force you to buy them later. I understand the business concept of limiting availability when you're charging for a service, but in this case this demonstrated a fundamental misunderstanding of people. Letting me take a photo would not have changed the fact that we had already purchased a studio package, but it made me feel unwelcome and unincluded in my own family's experience, something that made me commit to not coming back. On the issue of technicality, it seems odd that the photographer only took one shot of each pose. Any professional would take 3 or 4. I have doubts about how many good photos will be available in the final package. read more

If I could do a half star, I would. I got a Groupon for a photo session for my newborn and toddler, and ended up being talked into a $100 image cd with 20 terrible photos. I easily could take better pictures myself. My son's head is cut off in half of them, the rest are just awkward poses. But the photographers skills was the least of my issues. Once we had our pics taken, the "sales" girl pulls up all of the photos from the session, to show us. As we were looking at them (VERY QUICKLY since she was in control of the computer, and was flying through them) she chose ones and moved them to the next screen. When we asked to see the original ones and not just the few she selected, she bold faced lied to us and said "I didnt delete any of them" and "that is all the pictures you guys had". What?? Are you calling us crazy? We just saw a whole bunch more, and now you are trying to say there were only 20 pictures taken during the entire session?!?! My husband and I were so confused, and had 2 squirmy kids plus you are just RUSHED by them it is such a scam, so we just said "ya whatever", bought the stupid disc so we could at least print them unlimited and walked out of there dumbfounded. WORST experience and yeah I know its just JCP and not a real professional, so what did I expect. But still, horrible customer service, horrible photography, and not worth the money even if its a discount/groupon/whatever. Save your money and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else. read more

Horrible with kids. Waste of time. Photographers were so rude. This place has really gone downhill. It never used to be like this. Was rushed the entire time. They don't let you review your pictures in private anymore, either. The girl stood there and rushed and pressured me and edited pictures to make them "specialty" (i.e. more expensive) when she could tell I was interested in them. They completely ignored my husband and wouldn't let him make any decisions because I was the one who booked the session. We have three small kids, one being an infant. The kids were very well-behaved and we were all treated like garbage. The photographer aggressively moved and positioned the kids, rushing them and us the entire time. I should mention this was on a Saturday and we were the only ones there. That should've clued us in. They used to be really busy every time we went. read more

I had an appointment at 10 when no one showed up at 10:15 I went to get a manager who informed me they aren't associated with them they only rent out the space the manager of jcpenney called the manager of the portrait studio who stated the photographer went into labor someone else was on their way and would be there within 20 minutes. We waited finally at 11:18 the photographer showed up as she was taking pictures she informs me she had a flat tire. I said they told me you went into labor. Her response was I can't tell them anything it's jcpenney who lied to me. By the time we could look at the pictures I had to leave for work. I asked if I could return the next day she said you will need to be here at 10 or the photos will be destroyed. The next morning I went in only to find a pregnant employee! I pick out what photos I wanted to purchase she informs me she just started and doesn't know how to work the computer since I was using a groupon that I purchased. I called the manager Jen who is extremely rude told me I was cheap for using groupon and wanted something for free! I was beyond upset told her I was calling the corporate office. By the time I called the corporate office Kelby informed me he spoke to Jen and I was a liar! I said call the general manager at jcpenney or the supervisor who helped me and could verify my story he told me no he has to believe his employees not jcpenney. I left without ordering any pictures not even the one I paid for with my groupon. read more

Becky, our photographer, was wonderful! She greeted us immediately and helped us pick out our backgrounds based on the outfits we brought. She was great with our 2.5 year old. He was a little squirmy at times and wanted to play with the props, but she was able to redirect his attention and get some adorable pictures. I brought some props which she set up in a lot fun different ways and incorporated some of the props they had there. After the shoot, we only had to wait a few minutes to see the digital photos. A sales associate took the time to go over all the photos, review the possible packages, and help me make some additional "enhanced" photos, which included collages, the use of different borders, etc. I can be a bit particular at times, but she was super patient and easy to work with. I was a little concerned about going here since there were many negative reviews, however, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them. You can't beat the price and they have some really quality people. read more

Hands down the BEST customer service I've EVER received !!! So pleased!!!! I called this one employees manager the following day to compliment the amazing job she did. Although the my portraits began an hour late from my scheduled appointment- because they were clearly short staffed- McKenzie was phenomenal! She was supposed to be off her shift by the time we started at 7:30 and she gave us no rush. I was there with my two Siberian huskies and my boyfriend so with the dogs obviously it was a more difficult photo session but she accommodated all of my preplanned ideas and even let me re do some that I wasn't 110% happy with until I was! Her background recommendation was such a good idea- she showed me all the pictures during the shoot to make sure I was getting what I came in for. And she even comped us 4 free print outs for the inconvenience. For the digital CD I was told we would take 15-18 images. We ended up with 38. The pictures and McKenzie absolutely made my experience! I am DEFINITELY going back! Highly reccomemded :) read more

Speaking as a former employee, I can say with confidence that JCPenney Portraits doesn't really make good photography or customer service a priority. They expect their photographers (who, in large majority, are very inexperienced) to take a full session of photos, no matter how many people are in the sitting or the ages of the people, in 10 minutes. Good luck when there is a newborn and toddler in the same session.... You really aren't allowed to call in sick as an employee, especially during the Christmas season (which probably explains why your photography was sick, Ashley N.) The employees are extremely over-worked and paid horribly. They also triple book appointments, so they are constantly running late. I would not suggest this studio if you are looking for quality photography. read more

The photographer at the Alderwood location (Amanda) was wonderful with our girls (1 & 3). She took a couple dozen shots, 22 of which were great! I had purchased a Groupon, so the price was great. But I agree with Tandi S. that the salesgirl helping us look at the proofs was not very helpful. She did not take enough time to put togther collages with the best of the photos, and she was rushing me along to make my decision. I couldn't even use the mouse to preview the pictures...I had to tell her which one to click on. Not a good way to get a customer to buy pictures. If you're looking for the best, JCP Portraits are not the way to go. But if you have a coupon and want some cute pics, they are worth a shot. read more

Our first time trying J C Penny Portrait Studio and it turned out fine. Our sitting was the Monday before Christmas and it was busy but still under control. Angela was our photographer and I think she did a fine job of meeting our expectations and following our directions for some specific shots. The review of photos to choose our packages was a little rushed for my taste, but she made good suggestions and my wife was there to help or I would've had to slow things down. It is obviously their business model to move people through as fast as possible. In our case I think we got lucky, or perhaps we got the best person to deal with. As far as pricing, regular prices seem quite high and if it were not for our Groupon that offered a special deal I don't think we would have chosen this portrait studio in the first place. As long as the gallery wraps and photos turn out looking as good as they did on the screen we will be happy and satisfied overall. read more

I have been using JCP portraits for over 12 years annually now. We have the annual membership. I realize it isn't the employees' fault. It is JCP portrait policies and set up. They schedule their photo session appointments every 15 minutes. Well, of course Holiday photos in November getting closer to the holidays on a Saturday is going to be busy. This happens every year but none this bad so I've had enough. My appointment was for 6:15 PM for my 2 easily photographed kids. I was asked to come in 15 minutes early as I did. However, when I got there the place was a mad house. There were 4 families still ahead of me waiting! After waiting 30 minutes and realizing this isnt moving along at all, I cancelled my appointment and have absolutely no interest in ever returning there again. Jcpenney has lost a very loyal customer due to its lack of understanding and poor scheduling rules, thereby not caring for their customers waiting for hours when they have an appointment. This happened at the Boynton Beach mall Jcpenney portrait studio location. I will never go back again. read more

We took our family holiday photos here last weekend, and had a great experience! Our photographer, Brett, was awesome and handled our 9-year-old and 6-month-old daughters with ease. She was efficient and professional and didn't complain or balk when we decided we wanted more photos taken with the first backdrop, even though she had already changed it. She took adorable pics of our girls in cute poses, and had the baby smiling easily. All the photos were pretty much taken in one shot, which is amazing. We ended up buying the CD of all the photos because there were too many cute ones to choose from. The CD was $150, which is a little ridiculous. I wish we would have taken more pictures, though, because apparently there was no limit to the number of photos on a $150 CD! The girl who "helped" us view our pictures and order products, however, was far less knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She was most definitely in a rush and while she took some time to put cute "finishing touches" like borders on some of our photos before burning the CD, she didn't ask us for any input as far as what boarders or pictures we wanted to use. We were told our CD would take 20 minutes to burn, so they'd call us when it was ready, but it ended up only taking about 10 minutes. Overall, a good experience and we love the pics of our girls. What a nightmare. My sister and I took our boys in for a portrait on December 5. During the shoot, my 8 week old nephew was rather upset to be laying on a scratchy blanket inside of a trunk. The "photographer" literally looked at my sister and asked what was wrong with him. That comment aside, the shoot itself was a mess. The girl didn't know what she was doing, she only took 20 photos for us to view (if you have toddlers you know this is not nearly enough) and during the viewing we were rushed to the point we just picked one so we could get out of there. As this was a Christmas gift for our parents, I made sure the canvas would be ready in time (before I even booked). They promised I could pick it up on the 15. I came in on the 19 to no canvas and somehow nobody knew where it was. So they swore they would rush order one to have on my doorstep Monday night. It is now Christmas Eve and I have no canvas, no tracking number for it and no resolve. I was told it would be there this morning. I've yet to call and check but I am beyond appalled by the lack of customer service here. To me it was a cheap way to get what I thought would be a quality photo. If you are reading this please save your money and time. Spend the extra money and go anywhere but here. You'll get better customer service and talent - not a bunch of high school girls who have no decency or skill. I will be talking with the district manager after Christmas. read more

We've taken our kids to the portrait studio in Westfield Mall several times. We had fairly decent experiences there, but we moved recently and decided to try the Alderwood Mall location. Scheduling the appt was easy, since I did it on line. We arrived for our session on time, and had to wait a few minutes, which wasn't bad. I had brought in some extra props that I wanted to incorporate in the kids' photos (they encourage that). The photographer acknowledged them, but she kept using the studios own props and never once used any of the items I brought in. My husband thought that maybe it was due to color/glare/contrast, so I just left it alone. My fault, I should've insisted, but at the same time, I didn't think I should've had to force it. She snapped a few quick photos, had them change positions a few times, and we were done. Needless to say, we really didn't have a lot of options to choose from. She missed several opportunities to snap a picture when my baby was smiling, and took several pics of the kids when they weren't even looking at the camera. We ordered a few items, and was told that we'd get a call a week later when they were ready for pick up. Almost two weeks later and no phone call. I called them this morning and according to the message, they should've been open. I left a message and as of now (7.40pm), I have still not heard from them. I'll try again in the morning, but after this experience, I think I'll suck it up and pay a little more at Yuen Lui. read more

My pictures where great but then we almost got charged for something extra by the rude worker up front (wont say her name) Then the nice one who took our great photos Becky came out and corrected everything the right way with great customer service only purchased pictures because how nice she was about fixing the problem. Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I were very excited to take Christmas pictures with our dog, all in matching sweaters, and it all turned into a NIGHTMARE. I called the night before to make reservations, they told us since we have a dog they can only take us at 8pm- after everyone is done. So reservation is made for 8pm. Next day comes, it's 8pm, and I'm standing there being told I have no reservation & nothing on file. What the f*ck. A few minutes passed and they finally okay-ed it. We were told to take a seat. 45 minutes passed. It was finally our turn. JCPenney says photographers are supposed to take pictures of 15-20 poses. We get 5-7. We're done taking pictures in less than ten minutes. What a joke. Most of them look like shit. Then, we go over to look at pictures and a woman comes and starts playing around with "themes" and what not. We continuously tell her we don't want this or that, yet she doesn't listen and we're standing there for ten minutes. Finally we say listen, we want these pictures and that's it! This brings us to the register, cost is $180 HA. Thankfully we have a coupon, brings us down to $100. But the best part is that we won't have our Christmas pictures until Dec 16th. Almost two weeks to wait for them. Unbelievable. We canceled our order and opted for digital pictures so we could print them ourselves BUT we had to pay an additional $26. We will NEVER return. As the other yelpers have mentioned, we went for family photos this past Saturday at the Southcenter (Westfield) location. WE had an appointment at 1:50pm but waited for almost an hour. I have a 23 month old and 3 year old and by the time it was time to take photos, our 23 month old was not too happy. There was too many people in the lobby that distracted her and she cried and screamed throughout the whole experience. The gentleman who assisted us in the front offered backdrops for us but our photography lady did not change the back drop. It was a quick snap snap here and we were out. She didn't even try to get my 23 month olds attention. All she did was blow her lips and complain that her flash kept going off (because my daughter was obviously taking a while). The gentleman from the front did come in and tried to get my daughter to calm down (bless his heart) Photographer on the other hand did nothing. She literally made our experience suck that bad! I've been to Walmart 3 years ago with my oldest and they were more kid friendly there. I think I'll try sears next year or even innovative portraits in Kent. read more

Tawanda the manager is amazingly, incredibly wonderful, and that is the only reason I will give JC Penney Portrait Studio at Northlake two stars instead of one. We've been going here for more than a decade, and corporate policies are ruining the place. Unless you have the first appointment of the day, be prepared to wait for an unacceptably long. Waiting 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time with a preschooler is torture. The kids are wrecked by the time they get in and don't want to sit still for photos. Why the long wait? Because the corporate office has decided to schedule 15-minutes slots for a one-camera studio. It does not matter if there is one person or 10 in the photo session; it's scheduled for 15 minutes. Any one who has ever had a family photo knows 15 minutes isn't enough time. They are behind schedule by the second appointment of the morning and it only gets worse. It's not fair to the customers or the employees, who have to deal with the unhappy customers and are powerless to improve the situation. Someone is being overpaid at the corporate level to make spectacularly bad decisions. read more

When I told about no-smile picture session the manager offered to retake. We got great shots 2nd time. I returned to the business the next year and had a great experience: they allowed us to return 3 times to accommodate for our toddler's mood and co-operation of the day. The only bummer, they didn't save the pictures from previous sessions for our final best picture selection. read more

This was our first time trying out the JCPenney Portrait Studio. We are so pleased with our pictures and happy with the great customer service we got, both when we had the pictures taken and when we picked them up. We got in within 5 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. The photographer was great. She knew her stuff. The pictures were ready on time and the price was right. We bought a membership so we can go back and have more pictures taken. read more

I have gone to JcPenney's Portrait Studio at the Alderwood Mall several times and I'm not sure why I kept going back. The last experience there was the final straw. I took my not even 2mo old son there for some Christmas photos last December. The photographers are pretty nice for the most part, but obviously inexperienced people they hire and just show how to take a few different poses that are nothing spectacular. The last time we were there our photographer had obviously just been sick or still was sick and kept touching at our son. On the face non the less! He also has a small spot on his forehead of a skin abnormality that he was born with and our photographer actually touched it and asked us what it was!!! Half of our pictures of him are super close up and when printed in any size smaller than 8x10 things like his hat are cut out of the picture. JcPenney fails to tell their customers that 5x7 photos and smaller are automatically cropped. We also noticed once we got our photos 1 week later that there were red stains on parts of the white backdrop. My husband called to talk to the manager about our experience, she apologized but didn't seem super concerned, kind of like it wasn't a real big deal and re ordered the pictures that had the stains to have them photoshopped. I picked them up 1 week later and one of the large collage photos we had done still had the stains on it and they again had to re order it. Not to mention no additional photos at no cost or any discount was offered to us And to top it off, the tiny hot rooms they take the photos in are filthy. So much that I gave my son a bath right when we got home. The wait is always long and then super rushed to take the pictures. They stack way too many appointments at once. I was so angry I didn't even bother to go back another week later to pick up the "fixed" collage photo. I don't care if they have the best prices, I will NEVER go back there again! read more
