I've been going here for years I always see the PA Larry…read moreLease he is wonderful . When I've had a sinus infection or respiratory infection he makes sure it gets cleared up. I've taken allergy shots here before they are great on training you so you can do them at home if your insurance charges you every visit. The Dr I used to see was DR Miltech he is now with the office in Matthews now when Mr lease couldn't get me better I saw DR Clyne wow he is terrific , he is a surgeon so he knows his stuff. They also do eye exams I've never been for my eyes but I see they have great eye wear . I have found no better ENT in Charlotte , the front desk is great always pleasant an helpful . Update I recently had nasal surgery by Dr Clyne I had starting having such problems constantly being congested an very stuffy. Dr Clyne fixed my septum an made it easy for me to breathe. I didnt have much pain I was surprised. Just some swelling no bruising . Its been about 3 weeks its still healing but I have a nose like a blood hound now lol He also put tubes in my ears I kept having ear infections like when I was little it took less than 5 mins in his office no pain an no more ear infections. Wonderful office staff love them just make you good :)

My issue has nothing to do with the doctor, but with the person in the eyeglasses area. After my…read morecataract surgery I still wanted to wear my eyeglasses. My prescription (for reading) was only going in the lower portion of the lense. It was explained to me that was called a "progressive" lense...top portion has no prescription. I also needed new lenses in my sunglasses. I assumed the tech understood I wanted them exactly like my regular eyeglasses. Instead of simply saying that, she used other words when discussing the sunglasses. I still assumed they would be exactly the same. After picking up both pairs of glasses, I noticed the sunglasses were "blurry" when looking straight ahead. I knew immediately what happened. My reading prescription had been put in the entire lense. Not just the bottom. When I was finally able to speak to this tech, she told me I had to pay the difference for a "progressive" lense. Not for nothing, but I don't do this for a living. She does. Why on earth wouldn't she explain I needed a progressive lense in my sunglasses?? She didn't. She let me think my sunglasses would be just like my regular glasses! Then had the nerve to insist I was at fault. Sorry, not buying it! SHE is the so called "professional". If I only needed a reading prescription, hence a "progressive" lense on one pair of glasses, why would the second pair be different??? I'm waiting to speak to her manager when she returns from vacation. I do NOT recommend getting your glasses from here!

Earlier this year Dr. Wiley performed both my cataract surgeries and said I wouldn't need glasses…read morefor distance, yet I do ~ ok, I can live with that. However, he didn't treat other after-surgery issues properly ~ blurriness, not seeing clearly from both eyes, & starbursts were blamed on dry eyes (given a daily Rx) and conjunctivochalasis (given Rx for 2 weeks). Returned for 3 month check up with same issues, but he said I was "doing fine" ~ I wasn't. Also, during the 4 months after surgery, I had to request prescriptions for new glasses (isn't that standard after cataract surgery?). Based on wearing 'cheaters' after surgery, I knew the first prescription he handed me wasn't right, so he changed it to what I requested. At my 3 month check up my vision had degraded a bit, and I knew the prescription needed tweaked, yet still had to request it. I again didn't agree with it, but he wouldn't change it (I had it filled, but couldn't see right). Two months later, I went to a different Dr who not only issued a new prescription that I can see well with (and she questioned why Dr. Wiley had put in a correction for astigmatism since I no longer had that condition after paying extra for the lens to fix that), she also discovered my oil glands were clogged (Dr. Wiley never checked that), I still had conjunctivochalasis (Dr. Wiley didn't recheck that on my last visit), and his dry eye Rx wasn't the proper treatment. The new Dr started a treatment plan for all 3 issues, and after 4 weeks everything cleared up, and still fine after 3 months. Bottom line, I have no faith in Dr. Wiley. I feel he just wants to do all the cataract surgeries, is intolerant of any issues that arise afterwards, and simply cannot prescribe lens properly. As a side note, I have a friend who also had the same surgeries with Dr. Wiley and had ALL the same issues. Needless to say, neither one of us will be returning to this practice.
