And we have been more than patient....and you would think they would appreciate it -- but they don't care.

Heather was extremely helpful and was available when my mom needed her last minute. I was helping…read moremy mom find a notary for her escrow paperwork. My mom was very stressed out because we needed the escrow paperwork notarized ASAP, so I reached out to Heather. We went to see Heather the next day. Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Heather was quick to point out that our escrow agent sent the paperwork out of order and was missing pages. While in her office, we called our escrow agent and Heather was happy to speak with her. Heather was very thorough in explaining to our escrow rep about the mistakes with the paperwork, and was adamant she could not assist us without this error being corrected. Even when the escrow agent was trying to say otherwise, Heather was quick to stand her ground and explain that legally, she could not have the documents notarized without the correction. Our escrow agent emailed the corrected paperwork over, along with the missing pages. For a small fee, Heather printed them out for us, which saved us time from having to go home and print them out ourselves. Throughout this ordeal Heather was very patient. Not once did we get a sense that she was irritated, or trying to rush us out. Her fees are extremely reasonable. We felt that we were in good hands and left her office feeling relieved to get everything notarized on time. Definitely give Heather a call when notary services are needed. You can trust her and her work. Thank you Heather!

Came in for live scan appointment on 5/14/2026…read more Heather was so kind and helpful from the start! Called her heading to the building because I made a wrong turn which she gracefully aided the directions. Came in and sat down to which she immediately asked if I had the form for my live scan, my employer did not previously send it to me but Heather was reassuring and comforting and allowed me to wait there until they emailed my form. She completed my live scan quickly, efficiently, and engaged with my father and I during the entire appointment keeping such a positive vibe. We asked her what other services they provide and she was ready to discuss every kind of service ABC has to offer! I loved my experience here it was my first live scan and I am definitely coming back here to renew or complete anything needed for the future! I totally recommend ABC Fingerprinting Notary. Heather is so genuine and personable. I am thankful to have found her site from the DOJ locations!!

(Phone calls AND emails) Years later, when our agent retired and we got assigned to this office, we contacted them again and messages not returned. I'm like, what is their problem? So I researched her on Facebook and I see now what it could be. She is a MAGA Republican and I guess can't be bothered to do business with those she disagrees with. If this isn't it, then I don't know what a person has to do to get a response. Too bad, we are great clients. I would have never even checked to see what she believes in if she hadn't been so incompetent. I have requested reassignment to another agent. Why does State Farm keep agents like this around?

I emailed the items she requested and later asked if the consultation was free or if there was a cost. I wanted to be prepared either way. I went ahead and confirmed an appointment for 2/10/2026. A couple of days later I called to follow up on the cost of the appointment. Roxanne informed me that the accountant I had been assigned to worked part time but assured me he would contact me about my concerns. As of 2/6/2026, I had not heard from anyone so I cancelled my appointment. I don't think my request was unreasonable and wonder why the information couldn't have been gotten by someone else in the office. There was no response to my email to answer my questions or attempt to reschedule. I reached out to Kalos because of their strong reviews on Yelp. I don't enjoy writing poor reviews, but I can only speak to my experience. It definitely wasn't five stars.

When she told me how much I was owing she did not try to brainstorm with me to see if there was anything else that would help me, made me feel like she already received her $400 payment so she didn't care about my situation. So I walked through the TurboTax steps and was able to get myself a better tax break and when I brought that to her attention I was informed by her I didn't tell her about my kids in college when I did let her know in the beginning that my adult kids went to school full time so I didn't have proof of address from their jobs since they didn't work. After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.
