I replied to the email mentioning that no one called me and they apologized and said I'd get a call back. Still no call back and now we're in April! I decided to get my taxes done elsewhere for a much higher price due to how late I'm filing. Going through McClure financial has been the worst decision. A family member even visited their office and no one answered the door. Do not file with them. And I just pray that they properly dispose my personal information.
