Be patient as he waits for parts and then parts again when the first "new" one proves to be faulty. The local SnapOn guy takes his car and his mother's car to Rick. I think that is a powerful recommendation.

Since then the last two owners can't seem to find competent mechanics. Our most recent mistake of using express, we had multiple issues we needed addressed and some of them got fixed and the others were misdiagnosed. We've now been without a vehicle for a month and a half, and we still have to drop it off yet again. We have spent over $3500 on a 2007 vehicle fixing things that weren't even the issue. The current owner claims that he will make it right, but I would much rather drop it off once at a dealership and be done with this.

Crooked people looking to fleece their customers at every opportunity they can get. Came in to get…read morean oil change, was told they'd get me right in and taken care of. An hour+ wait and 40 dollars later, the oil change is done and I receive the terrible news that one of the wheel bearings has gone bad and requires a ~$400 dollars and potentially more in labor costs to get it replaced. Go to a different mechanic's shop a couple days later for a second opinion, as the nebulous price range Express wanted out of me seemed quite steep, and lo and behold I just needed an alignment! These are not trustworthy people in my eyes, and I suggest everyone to steer clear of this establishment.

(Still not fixed btw) but any way we were heading towards my truck and he got in front of me and practically dove through the drivers door to grab a can that looked just like a hard monster and crushed it in his hand hoping i wouldnt see it. Guess what buddy i did. Also just found out instead of disconnecting my transmission lines on my van to swap my torque converter he cut them and spliced them together with some shitty ass compression fittings that are now leaking like crazy. I had those lines installed three months before he touched my van. He rebuilt my wifes van twice couldnt get it right so he had to buy a rebuilt trans from somebody else. He rebuilt my f350 it blew up in 10000 miles had to rebuild it again. Fucked up my van as well. This dude is a poor excuse for a mechanic. Oh and dont think hell answer the phone. Nicks own employee told me that he blocked his number because he had called him while he was away with a customer concern. Joke of the fucking year

I brought in my vehicle to have a headlight fixed that was giving me problems for years (continued to blow out every month). Once they had my vehicle, it took them over 2 months to fix. After thousands of dollars, non communication, sending extra claims that were not authorized to insurance, problem is STILL NOT FIXED!! Headlight is out AGAIN!! They will take your money, take advantage of you, and then treat you like shit when you're upset. Eric the manager is a total douche, who's head is stuck so far up his own ass. My car was approximately two months old and had been damaged on the road by a piece of flying metal. However, when Preston Collision was finished, there was a scratch on my touch screen. The owner checked to see the replacement cost, said it was too much and told me, and I quote, "It is your word against mine. I am not fixing it." The staff, particularly the owner's son, told me that my car was cleaned inside as a courtesy. However, when I showed him the scratch on my touch screen, he stated that no one had been inside of my car. The place was filled with unprofessional people and I would rather drive four states away than take a vehicle here.
