Julio just completed washing all my windows and glass sliding door. This work was done perfectly, from first contact through completion. Julio can provide a quote on the phone based on a few questions. He then sends you a text with job details and pricing from an app that he uses (very professional!). I provided my name, address and phone number in a text. He arrived on time ...and I even received a text saying that he was on his way. If you are having both inside and outside done -- Julio will do inside while his co-worker does the outside. They remove and replace screens and do the window tracks also. He will move furniture when necessary and replace it where it was . The windows are cleaned perfectly. When he is done, he asks you to "walk" the work, inside and out, and he will correct anything that you may find. At the end of the job, he is most courteous, thanking you for your business. And you get a text also thanking you for the work. I just don't know it could get better. read more

The team let me know when they were en route, showed up 1/2 hour early and completed washing all the windows both inside and out for a very reasonable fee. I hired JCA to clean my rain gutters. Julio and his crew arrived right at our appointment time. The job was well done and the price was very reasonable. We were very impressed with Julio and his team. They arrived promptly and cleaned all of the windows (inside, outside, and screens) on our 3-story home in a little over 2 hours. They were very careful inside the house (e.g. using booties on the wood floors, taking care in moving and setting down the screens, etc.). I've tried several different window cleaning companies in the past, so my expectations were not that high. Most show up late and don't do a great job. But we were having a party at our house and the windows were filthy. I was very pleasantly surprised by JCA. They arrived early and did a FABULOUS job. I could not have been happier. FYI: My housekeeper cleans the insides of my windows, so it didn't even occur to me that JCA would be expecting to do the insides. If you want the insides cleaned by JCA they will need to come into your house to do them. In retrospect, I wish I had planned on it with JCA. They wanted to do a thorough job, and I wasn't prepared. I had our guard dog in the house at the time (since he would have eaten them if he'd been in the yard!) Next time I will make better plans. I was so happy when JCA reduced my cleaning price because they didn't do the insides. Thank you! read more

I called JCA Window Cleaning yesterday and they came out today to clean our gutters. They were responsive and gave me a quote over the phone. When they got to our house today, they said that I had overestimated the amount of work that needed to be done and they adjusted the quote accordingly. I appreciate them being so upfront and honest. They did a great job, were super efficient, and we are so pleased! I asked for quotes from two other businesses, but JCA gave us the best price and also was the most responsive. This is the second time I used Julio to clean a very large house full of windows. He did such a great job TWO years ago, I sought him out again because I remembered how great they had been. He was able to accommodate me quickly - the house had tenants coming in the next day - and arrived with his father and uncle and they got stuck into it with a smile and professionalism despite the California heat. They did a fantastic job and are so reasonable, but they are also just the nicest people - and I don't know about you, but I only want that type of person in my house if possible. Julio and his crew are very professional and take a great deal of pride in their work. Julio has cleaned our window inside and out a number of times. It always amazes me how clean not only the windows are but the window ledges and sills are when they are done. This last rain left us with a leak in one of our windows as the caulking was aging and cracking. Julio came out right away to take care of the problem.
