Horrible company of you are looking to have a serious event. It was one of my best friends engagement party (pretty important) and they failed to deliver the equipment they had promised us. Could not even respond to text messages or phone calls and left us completely in the dark. Jimmy was the point of contact and completely failed us read more

We used JCA for taco service and bounce house rental for a birthday party at Yorba Regional Park. Everyone loved the tacos and agua frescas, and his team was very kind and easy to work with. Their set up was very professional, and their avocado salsa is a nice perk that I don't see with most taco places. They even helped pack the leftovers for us, which was very nice. The bounce house was clean and the kids had a blast. It's nice to be able to get food and rental services with one company. Jymy was very responsive over text. I would recommend! read more

The tables are dirty or has marks on them. With a thin plastic tablecloth, you can see it all. The chairs were alright. The delivery was late. Almost an hour late. I had to call multiple times and text several times and finally the owner answered to tell me they were near and coming in a few minutes (another 10 minutes). When it's time to pickup, they don't contact you ahead of time or an ETA and just show up. And they said they'd come Monday, which was Columbus Day, and then just showed up on Tuesday saying, sorry, we had the day off. What if I wasn't home??!! Yelp says they accept payment in card, but they told me only cash. They didn't even have change on them. Prices are fair, but it was stressful and next time I'm going with someone else. read more

Amazing service, great prices and love what they offer - I will definitely be using them for all of my party needs.

I don't ever write reviews but I just had to say what a great company JCA Jumpers was. Uses them for my 30th Birthday and originally called for the margarita machine then I added a jumper and they gave me a great price for both. I called them 4 days before my party they came 3 hours early to set up and was on time to picking up the supplies. The margarita machine was a big hit at my party. They made sure everything work before they left. The machine was very clean and worked perfect! I would highly recommend them!! read more

Great, family-owned business. I called 4 days before my party and they were able to provide exactly what I needed for a good price. They dropped everything off and picked it up the next day. Easy peasy! Will definitely use again. read more

I rented tables and chairs for my sons first birthday. 10min after the were scheduled to drop off I called to see where they were at. Whoever answered said they'd be there in 20 min, which made them 30min late. What can I do, right? When they didn't show up at the time they said, I called again. Another 15 min totaling 45min late now. The were also an hour and a half late to pick up and I had to call yet again to see where they were at. I understand that things happen and delays get made, but the least they could do was call ME. Not have me wondering where they are when I have a party to set up and clean up. I ended up getting 50% off which was nice considering they were already reasonably priced to begin with. The business needs some communication skills. read more

This company has never disappointed us with their services. We typically order their taco bar. They are upfront with their prices and they make sure that you know the amount and for how many people they can accommodate upon your requests. They have always been on time, they are very clean with their food handling, the food is delicious, and they leave the left overs all nice and neat. Not like other taco services that just leave everything everywhere. Also if you have any concerns you can simply text or call their number and they answer back all your concerns and comply with them. I highly recommend them. read more

super friendly & a very fair price! they dropped off the jumper saturday morning & picked it up sunday morning. would definitely rent from them again! :) read more

This was my first time using JCA, no regrets! I rented a large 20x20 canopy with walls and lighting, 13x13 jumper, 6 round tables, floor length table cloths, 60 chairs and 2 kid tables for a very reasonable price. The owner was very courteous and responsive. I was able to reserve online but provide cash payment upon delivery. JCA delivered 1 day before our event which allowed me time to decorate. This is when I realized I was going to need 2 extra tables, the delivery person said 'no problem' and brought them the very next morning. All items were picked up 1 day after the event. I would definitely recommend JCA Jumpers for all your rental needs! read more

DO NOT USE!!!!! Let me begin by saying I have never wrote a negative review about anything but I just want to warn anyone who is considering using there services to choose someone else. I rented a margarita machine a month before my engagement party, keeping in constant contact with "Jimmy" before the event even texting. The day of the party 11/10 we waiting for our delivery window of 10-12 and became increasingly worried when no one showed or called at 12 pm. We called and texted several times to no response when finally we received an answer that there were to busy with other events and that we could pick it up in Fullerton. We were annoyed but it was still doable since we really needed that machine. On our way to Fullerton we were abruptly told that we had to go to cypress to pick up. By this time I was in tears as the party was starting in an hour and I had spent over $150 in alcohol alone. So then they were going to deliver it at 5 - a full 7 hours after promised and 2 hours into our party. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED! Honestly save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable company this place is a disgrace. I have never been so humiliated in my whole life. I will be going to the BBB about this matter. Once again please give your business elsewhere. read more

The taco bar is absolutely the best, with high quality food such as the fresh cilantro, onions, cucumber, lines, pico de gallo, guacamole sauce, spicy red hot sauce, rice, beans, tortilla chips, and especially the meat! The meat not only looks and smells amazing, but the taste is incredible. Me and my family all had waterfalls coming from our mouths! They even have a very tasteful vegetarian choice which is grilled vegetables. I really appreciate the events jymy and his family have done. There service is outstanding, the folks are very friendly people who deeply care about your satisfaction. They don't charge as much as other taco bars do. And they also provide a better and professional service than most. There party rentals are also very great, and helped with many events in the past. Both services are on time, great quality, and positive vibes. I highly recommend many others to use jymys services for any up coming events. read more
