According to their logo, the JC in JC Plumbing partially stands for "Jesus Christ," so you'd expect good, honest, and reliable work. That said, I've had nothing but problems with their work, and I found myself yelling "Jesus Christ" in frustration. Maybe that's what they meant by their name. I've paid them nearly $500 for unclogging my toilet (that's right), and it's a job that's still faulty. I expected to pay another $900 for one more task they needed to do, but they failed to show a week later to finish the job. Now, the toilet has failed from the previous job, and I'm back to square one except with nearly 1/2 a grand missing from my bank account. Since the original $900 quote, the same job has now miraculously gone up to $1,900, so I've now stopped all business with these people. These guys are using the "Jesus Christ" to get your service, but as far as I'm concerned, they've done nothing but shoddy work and charged WAY too much for it. It's ironic that their slogan is "honest work at an honest price." I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

This company doesn't even deserve a one start rating... But I had to choose a rating to tell you about my experience. I received a flyer in the mail from this company, I called to see if they give free estimate on my project. Which they said yes. I needed the piping moved in my shower due to removal of the tube to put in a standup shower. I wasn't able to be there for the free estimate but the plumber charged us $60 for him coming out to my house. And quoted us $950 for the job. Wow very high, other plumber quoted free quotes and half the price for the job. The next day I called them to asked again about the free estimates. Same answer so I requested my money back... Short story they told me he would get with the plumber to get back to me, 2nd time - they said only some times they give free estimates but couldn't explain which ones are free, 3rd time - the plumber was getting back to me that day, 4th time I called I wasn't so understanding and he (josh) played the nice card and again no one has gotten back to me. My next call will be to the state plumbing office. It's not right to take people money. For a company that has Bible verses on there advertisements but do not follow Christ like ways just makes us believers have a bad taste. Sad! read more

Terrible Experience. These guys have been out to my hours 2x in the last 6 weeks to unplug a line to the septic tank. So far it has cost me over a $1000 dollars and they still have not resolved the issue. Last time they did not have the right tools to fix it and charged me a second time to have the guy come out with the right tools to clear the line. They have not showed up when they said they would. They were supposed to estimate fixing the issue and instead they recommended i fix it myself to save some money. They dug up the access to my septic tank to clear the blockage and left the septic tank open. I guess they expect me to bolt the access down and cover it back up myself. These guys are unbelievable. If you have other options i recommend you don't use these guys. read more

They incorrectly installed a new water heater which caused damage to our entire homes plumbing. Additionally they did the work without getting the mandatory permits and post install inspection. They have been fined by the city for this project. read more

Made an appointment for today, two days ago. My husband takes off work to have the work done. And JC Plumbing is a no-show, no call no nothing. I call them and they tell me they will call me back, didn't happen. They are supposed to be a Christian company and we thought they would be good. We wont we using these guys. Please do not use this company. I hate it when the use the name of god and does not perform like the way you would you expect them. They did some unclogging for me, broke the toilet in the process and will not take responsibility. They were blaiming it on something else, come on. Bottom line is , my toilet was not broken before. I'm not sure what everyone else's experiences were like, but I didn't experience anything like what everyone else had to deal with. I was very happy with the service I received. The people I spoke with were incredibly friendly and came out the day that I called them. I had an emergency water issue and was afraid I was going to have to deal with the headache of this problem for weeks. The plumber came out the day of and helped restore my break super quickly. It didn't cost me an arm or a leg either. I would absolutely recommend them! read more

My mom called this place before I was able to check their reviews on here. The plus side was that they were able to get to her quicker than anyone else but upon arrival he was pointing out all the work that needed to be done when all she wanted was him to change the burner in the hot water heater. After wasting a lot of time talking to his boss we finally got a price for him to do just this simple job. It was going to cost $225. We declined and found another guy that was able to do it for less than half that in about 45 minutes. Long story short, the reviews are right; don't use them. read more

Complete Suckage. Called them, was told they would have a guy out next morning. I work nights so we agreed on 8 am. Guy showed up at 9:15 and said we needed a new hot water tank. We agree on price and he said he would be back at 3:30 to install. I told him I had to be at work at 5 pm but I would make arrangements to go in late. He called me back at 5:20 and said he got tied up and couldn't come back til morning at 8. Upset, but I agreed. I work 5 pm to 5 am. (I have to sleep sometime) Got home, slept a couple hours, got up to meet the plumber, and at 10 am he still hadn't showed, so I called. Explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone, and all he said was, "want me to have him call you?" Told them we would find someone else. Horrible customer service, they wont call you or anything, just leave you hanging! Beware of this joke of a company. read more

He gave me a free estimate, explained what he thought we needed to do and let me decide if I wanted to go forward with the repair after the quote. He worked quickly and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend JC plumbing for your residential plumbing needs. read more

They were prompt and narrowed down the issue quickly. We had a leak in the line from the meter to the house which required excavation. They were able to take care of it without me on-site which was huge bonus. I wasn't able to get a second estimate so I can't argue the cost, which was pricey, but I'm glad to have it fixed. read more

call a reputable company this is a very untrustworthy company they charged us a lot to snake a toilet that was removed so it should of been a simple project obviously mike the plumber didn't have the tools or knowledge to solve our issue. after talking to rick he blamed it on other issues and when i asked why mike didn't address those issues at the time i got excuses and Rick explained they could charge me again for the problem they didn't solve in the first place. This issue should not reappear in 19 days if you call a reputable company. read more

Worst experience ever!! Stay away from this company. Incompetent on every level. Spent 2000 for new fixtures in home and had a terrible experience with getting work done. Then find out the plumbing was not done correctly and leaked into a wall causing mold and dry wall issues. Rich, field supervisor, admitted it was their fault but after 5 days of run around and no action to clean up the mold, he finally left a voicemail that owner Joshua Johnson said they were not going to do anything about the mold. Your disposal blows cabbage and potatoes out your washer drain on Saturday night. You spend most of Sunday cleaning the tile floor in the laundry room, not watching Peyton win his big game. Call JC Plumbing on Sunday as they were the first name to pop up after Googling "plumbers Fayetteville". Picked them because it said "$100 off your first service job". Set appointment for 1pm Monday. Left work. Sat at the house until 1:30 and went back to work as no one had shown. Guy finally shows up around dinnertime. He tells me "$275 to get your drain cleaned out". No mention of $100 off "first service job". At their mercy I said "ok". I've called several other plumbers in this area and most of them have prices starting around $90 to clean out a single drain. WAAAAAAAY overpriced... did a good job, but afterwards I found out that I paid DOUBLE what Roto-rooter would have charged. Learned my lesson... Roto-Rooter was $150 an hour, one hour minimum. I paid $275+tax for 20 minutes worth of work. Should have just sent them away... read more

The work they did was ok but way over priced. I had them come out to put two copper lines on for my water heater. The old one was already pulled out so nothing was in the way. Literally took him 30 min and charged me 275.00. Shop around for others or get a second bid. read more

Home warranty company sent them out. They messed with toilet and flooded entire bathroom. Wouldn't return calls after I told them. Customer service are professional "holders" , They will wait you out and keep you on hold for over 30 minutes. I am calling the Attorney General on them. read more

Zero stars. JC Plumbing is why they created a review system. These are conniving people in my home. The guy named Clint got on the phone several times with his manager throughout the process of working on my shower. Every time he would leave out of my earshot (which was several times,) he would come back in from outside and the price continued to get higher and higher. When they didn't have the part, he told me all of a sudden they had an emergency and had to leave and would come back with the part When I refused his 300 percent markup, he all of a sudden had NO emergency and could do a little minor work. If you want to work with scumbags under the cover of Jesus Christ name hire these people. Do not fall victim to their games and high high prices. Do yourself a favor a stay as far away from theses people as possible. read more

Well, this is a mixed review, they got the job done for a reasonable price, but only because I forced them to... I had a plugged kitchen drain, when I called for a quote they refused saying their tech had to come out to price it. I live way out in the country and didn't want to waste their time, but that's all they could say. So the tech shows up and says his boss told him it'd be $250. So much for not quoting before seeing... However, I'd done my homework, and had other quotes from $89 up to $125. So I said, not paying that, make it reasonable or goodbye. Meaning their tech would have wasted an hour or more driving out here. So he offered $100 and I accepted that. The drain's unplugged, I'm happy with that, however, I'm disgusted with their use of Bible verses and Jesus's name as an advertising scam. I certainly won't be calling them again, well, maybe I will, it was kind of fun making him lower his price so drastically :) read more

Service is too low to even rate. Beware. I had these folks come out and replace an instant hot water heater. A year later, I found out they installed it incorreclty and also left the electrical chord unfinished. I called them and sent them a video, they called me and gave me the runaround and acted like I was an idiot. They have religious signage on their truck, and I guess it is used to make people comfortable with them. I had used this company in the past for rooting the line to the street. We have an old house in downtown Bentonville and the drain gets slow about once a year so I call and get it cleared. This time a different guy shows up and has a snake without any blades so it can only poke a hole in the clog., it cannot cut the roots out. He runs the snake through the line, pours a bottle of pink stuff in the pipe and charges $275. 24 hours later, the drain is slow again, so I call the office, tell the guy there that I want someone else to come out, someone who has the correct tools. He gets all nasty, starts yelling at me about spending time with his family. You want to spend time with your family? Make sure the guy working for you has all the right tools to do the job, otherwise get someone out here who does have the right tools. I was ready to go along to get along but the jerk started yelling at me. read more
