This salon's stylists clearly need more training. The work is bare minimum across the board…read morecleanliness, styling technique, and finished design all fall short. They advertise beautiful styles and cuts, but the moment you're actually in the chair, the story changes: suddenly there are "extra fees" for things that should be part of the service, and you end up wasting time on unnecessary steps you never asked for. Case in point: I went in for a silk press, and rather than executing it properly, the stylist cut corners in ways that showed a real lack of skill. I come from a family of hairstylists, so I know exactly what a proper silk press requires the right sectioning, tension, and heat technique to get a smooth, long-lasting result. When I offered feedback based on that knowledge, she became visibly upset instead of taking it as constructive input. It's frustrating to pay premium prices for a service that doesn't reflect any real skill or professionalism. On top of that, I noticed while I was on my phone that she kept glancing over, reading what I was typing. It felt intrusive and unprofessional I was there for a service, not to be watched! To make things worse, when I went to pay, the owner happened to be at the desk helping another client. I asked if she was the owner, and her response was cold and dismissive. I wanted to share feedback about my experience, but she showed no interest in being professional or approachable. As the owner, I expected her to set the standard instead, she reinforced it. The pictures and promises this salon promotes online are not what you'll actually get. My hair turned out so ugly, and honestly, I left feeling completely disappointed for what I paid.

I recently visited this salon it's really cute and set up nicely I really wanted to like it however…read moreI was sadly disappointed I came across a Groupon for a partial highlight and cut with Lauren . I recently just moved from California looking for a new salon and went totally wrong! Let me start with she didn't really greet me or introduce herself she didn't even ask what color I wanted or anything she went str8 to it which I have never experienced ever! I mean for all she knew I could have wanted blue highlights after about the 5th foil of idk what color she states "you want blonde highlights right" which is what I did have but again she assumed didn't ask which is not professional. So I let her continue with what she already started so my partial highlight barely matches what i already had i know it probably wouldn't be perfect it's hard to match an unknown color but she's a hair dresser after all you kinda should know... to end my rant on a good note she was nice towards the end when she was almost done she then started interacting with me. Wouldn't return .

I was a little nervous my first time at this salon but from the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding! The owner even welcomed me and offered me a beverage. Since my appointment was 8am on a Saturday, I selected coffee; which the owner made while my stylist, Desiree Leon, got me seated and visited with me. She listened to me as I explained that I wanted warm blond highlights, and no ash. Desiree was friendly and efficient. Something I noticed was that the stylists and owner help each other by working together putting in foils, mixing colors, cleaning, etc. The vibe is happy. I have never heard of the product line Lanza. What a fabulous surprise! Everything has wonderful light scents. Unfortunately, I did not realize how great these products are until I left, and have to go back for the keratin shampoo/conditioner and leave in oil. The oil is an absolute must in the AZ heat. My course hair feels like silk. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything, Desiree mearly showed me what she used. I love my color and cut, and look forward to my next visit! Oh, the pricing was fair compared to other salons I have gone to. I do like that that the price is for complete service, and not ala cart.

(Oh boy, I had to edit my review)…read more Holly was very sweet, friendly and attentive. After my cut and style, I felt my haircut (a blunt bob) was cute. However, after washing and letting my hair dry naturally, I noticed really apparent unevenness and choppiness, which I believe is hard to mess up with a simple blunt bob, but here we are. I called the salon and they offered for me to go back for an adjustment, but I said that if any more adjustments were to be made, it'd end up being way too short for me, so I declined. Also, I have a hard time trusting that they won't mess up my hair even more. Also, very aggressive sale tactics. I get that it's slow season and the hair stylist is newer, but pushing customers to purchase more products and services, and asking them to give you a review while they're still physically in the chair, was definitely a little too pushy. Let me clarify: 1. They weren't simply recommending what products they felt was best for my hair, they grabbed three products, took me to the front desk, and left them at the register before I could even get a word in. 2. Asking for a review: yes, it helps building clientele. But my hair stylist asked me to pull out my phone to scan the QR code and leave a review while she was dry blowing my hair. It made me feel uncomfortable and less inclined to do so. Last but not least, the owner's response and communication skill was subpar. For a business owner, saying anything along the lines of "I'm sorry YOU feel that way" instead of acknowledging and being accountable for their shortcomings, is such red flag and it's giving: gaslighting. For the people who have read my review and made it this far: Everyone's experience is different, I hope yours is better than mine, but I know I won't be coming back or recommend anyone I know to this business.

Last Friday, I Wanted to get my nails done and decided to come back here because the first time was…read morea success. Pam was my nail tech for a gel mani ($25) and a regular pedicure ($25). The pedicure was really relaxing and she applied the Polish well. It's been a week and nothing has chipped yet, except the Polish on one nail that was pretty much removed as she put my flip flops on immediately after painting them. The manicure, at least after the salon, wasn't the greatest experience however. I'm very happy with the way she shapped my nails!! The nails feel a bit uneven as the Polish is thicker is some areas. Two days after, I noticed the edges were starting to lift by the cuticles on 1 or 2 nails. I decided to ignore it. By Wednesday, almost all but two nails were lifting and some edges were ever so slightly chipping. I was a bit disappointed since their service here is a bit pricier than other places and I assumed their service would be consistent. It's annoying because the open edges keep getting caught when I do my hair. I called on Thursday (almost a week after) to ask know if they provide a guarantee on their gel Manis as many other salons do. She asked if it was chipping, which my nails aren't quite doing, and if so, they'll fix the nails that are chipping. I wasn't able to make my appointment to fix the "chips" because of work, but I hesitantly made another appointment with a different tech (my mom raved about her) to have another gel manicure (at cost ). The owner said that if I hadn't come back by Friday to get it fixed, I'll have to pay for a new service because it's past the 1 week mark. I'll update my review this week once I go back.
