I showed her a pic of a bleach and tone inspo and was honest with my hair history. She told me if I wanted less maintainance we should do a full highlight, so I agreed. I did not want a root tap bc I wanted it super blonde/white to the top like my inspo...(which she said was achievable). She told me $250 for color and then $15 for each extra bowel of bleach (she used 3 and maybe 1/8th of a 4th but charged me for 4) and $30 for toner. We started the color, she was very friendly. Her assistant helped her and even did the washing, checking on processing and toner-- all without a cosmotology license. I know this because she bragged to me about how great of a stylist she is and her in cosmo school is a waste of time, as well as she doesn't listen to her instructors etc. I came time to wash and blow out my hair...when I saw it, I was shocked but I put on a happy face bc maybe it was the lighting or I wasn't used to that color. I paid my $400 ($40 tip and $10 credit card fee- wow). It was YELLOW. I was there for 5+ hours then had to drive back the 1.5 hours home (total 8 hour day). I waited and stared at my hair. 2 days in I did purple shampoo and still looked like Slim Shady. I finally texted Savana who was kind enough to offer to fix it but I wasn't going to go out there again. I finally asked for a refund, to which she gave me HALF of my money back. I have since been to 3 different stylists for consultation who tell me they have no idea what happened and why my hair turned out this AWFUL. Anyways. I'm getting my hair fixed in JANUARY bc my new stylist does not want to continue to damage my hair. :) Hope this helps.

Since it was my first time here, i was a bit skeptical with the styling (there are so many, so i left it to the stylist to choose for me, seeing the texture of my hair and my face cut!) I was also pressed on time as my appt ran late.. but the stylist did an excellent job and it looks like my hair got a make over! I literally took my phone out, placed it right next to my ear, and turned on a Peloton Meditation class. I just kept reminding myself, that I'm almost out of here. I recently had an appointment, Friday, March 27th at 4:00. A…read morefew days prior to booking, I called to confirm whether your salon could accommodate a specific request. I explained that I have pink extension hair pieces attached to a hair tie and wanted to know if they could be braided into my hair for an upcoming event. I was told this would not be a problem and was instructed to book a braid service online and add an extension. I was also quoted a price of $48. When I arrived for my appointment, the stylist informed me that she had never worked with this type of extension before and that they typically only use clip-in extensions. While I truly appreciated her willingness to try and her kindness throughout the process, it was clear there had been a miscommunication with the call center. I would have preferred to be told ahead of time that this was not something the salon was familiar with, rather than proceeding with uncertainty during the appointment. Additionally, I was ultimately charged $65 for the service. At no point during the appointment was I informed that the price would differ from what I had originally been quoted. Being charged a higher amount without prior notice was frustrating, especially given the circumstances. Again, the stylists were very kind and did their best, and I appreciate their effort. However, the experience overall was not what I expected due to the miscommunication and lack of pricing transparency. I've written to your business when I was texted to review my experience and I've yet to receive any kind of response or reconciliation of the issue.
