Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

While I was shopping, I ran into Michael again and told him I was having some hair issues. He listened, shared what I could try, and walked me through products that might help. He was so knowledgeable and fun to talk to that I ended up with a full basket! I tried the products when I got home, and my hair already feels amazing. Then Michael asked if I was ready to check out and walked with me to the front to ring me up. I teased him that I was getting full-circle service: he opened the door for me, and now he was checking me out too! We had a good laugh. The whole interaction felt so warm and easy. I asked where the manager was so I could tell her how great Michael was, and Deja was standing right there. She was so sweet and encouraged me to leave a review so others would know about the great service. Everyone I encountered in the store was kind and welcoming.
