They charged me 70 dollars for a design I didn't even want! I showed the lady who was taking care of me and she said she could do it and ended up giving me a complete different design. Last year I went there and it was great they had charged me 65 dollars for both manicure and pedicure. Probably won't be going there again. On top of all of what happened to me, another lady was getting her nails done and the technician tending to her yelled at her and she told her to not yell at her. Like who in the right mind is willing to yell at a client.

Don't come here for nails, just don't. Save your time and money. I usually just get my brows done and a pedicure, but I wanted birthday nails! Biggest mistake !!! I asked for short nails but this was a total joke, they all had different shapes, they were lifted, thick, so ugly ! I went back to get them fixed and THEY CHARGED ME TO FIX THEM because it took too much work. OBVIOUSLY!! I had to tell them no that I didn't want the original tech to fix them because she obviously didn't know what she was doing, I tipped the tech who fixed them, then payed, I was so irritated. I won't be going back, not for brows, not for pedis.

What I showed the nail tech vs what she gave me. The place is DIRTY too. The equipment is covered in old gunk & dusty. I brought my niece (9) and my son (5) to get their nails done too and the lady who did my nail set refused to do my sons nails (he just wanted to be part of the spa day and get blue so why not) so we had to wait for another nail tech to do his. She came over to ask who was getting their nails done and as soon I pointed to my son she looked surprised & walked away & asked another lady to do his.

Honestly this is one of the worst set of nails I've ever had! I think all the bad reviews come from one specific lady because I've had my nails done here before multiple times but never with the lady I had two days ago and I've never had this happened to me. She was doing them in such a hurry, very sloppy, and her station was not clean. She sits all the way in the back of the salon. My nails look so uneven with the ombré, they have bumps and cracks on the sides and ends, and my cuticles look horrible! I think they all need to chill and take their time doing nails! Annie is amazing at brow waxing tho!

I have one nail tech that I love going to, she does a great job. However, recently I went to get a pedicure with a different tech and the lady cut me. I thought okay no biggie, accidents happen. But it disappointed me that she did not offer to disinfect the cut, and continued like nothing happened. 2 weeks later the infection still has not healed, will not be returning for pedicures here again.

This place absolutely sucks. I'm not one to leave reviews but if you love yourself don't even spend your time or money here. I have never had this bad of a nails. Literally so horrendous. Came back the day after I got them done bc the nail polish was chipping off and I've never had that happen to any of my acrylics before. That's just one of the things wrong. Just don't come here.

Girls lemme tell your how bomb my nails came out feeling like a baddie when I got out I absolutely love them the customer service was immaculate I really loved them 1000/10 recommend it

Went in for a full set waited there for a long time the staff was not friendly and I have to tell you I have one of the worst full set nails ever... I will definitely never go back

The lady who did my nails was going way too fast. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just skimmed at it and said okay. I had to ask her to clip my nails before she put the acrylics on. To top it off my nails are thick and uneven.

I'm not from Watsonville. I was in town and figured I'd get a full before heading back to San Jose's. I came here because my coworker recommended this place to me. I get seated right away. The issues didn't start until i noticed the lady doing my nails was doing them quick and sloppy. Her whole station was dirty. And she kept hurting my finger/nail when she was working on them. I figured I'd go ahead and complete the whole works bc i was more than half way done already. I got a basic white color on my nails. The nail polish looked old and she was brushing on the polish like she was in a hurry and had something better to do. She didn't bother to file my nails evenly or even cut my actual nail underneath. Right after she was done doing a sloppy job at polishing my nails she told me "move over". MIND U MY NAILS WERE NOT EVEN DRY YET. The light to dry my nails was RUSTY and DIRTY. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U WANNA PAY FOR A SLOPPY JOB ON UR NAILS!!!

I love going to JC nails and kathy is really good she's fast and leaves ur nails amazing!! The service is amazing all the girls there are super sweet and Annie is amazing at waxing!

This place is horrible, DO NOT go here. The lady who did my manicure just started doing a squared shape without even asking and cut my nails too short. She then cut 3 of my fingers cuticles too much and put nail glue to try and stop the bleeding, this is not okay and this place should be closed. Clearly the lady was very rushed and didn't care about doing a good job, even the painting was horrible. Save your money and do not go here.

Awful absolutely awful. The lady made me bleed than continued to not listen to what I wanted I ended up leaving very upset paying 20$ for my nails to look awful and the lady said beautiful natural nails.. Um no.
