When I called the get an update the response was no problem with my car. I'm highly disappointed, frustrated, upset, and angry because now they have had my mom's car over a month. She is a dialysis patient and she goes to dialysis three times a week. I made a complaint on Google because of the customer service I received . Dwayne Gray response was that the complaint is hurting his family. He was not concerned about my mother's car or life. Dwayne Gray on several occasions tried to bully me too take the complaint down off Google and made it seem as if I didn't he was not fix my mom's car . He made me feel threatened . I knew what was not right so I didn't take it down because I felt he was being intimidating ! He tried to torment me through holding the possession of my mom's vehicle. Dwayne Gray stated they have driven the car over 100 miles and put three tanks of gas in it and the car only cut off once, but they did not catch the problem. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the woman I spoke with , Miss Bobby told me that they have two weeks to respond to my complaint because they are accredited with the Better Business Bureau . It was submitted on October 23 , 2025 and they did not respond until November 4, 2025 . When they responded Dwayne Gray said the car was not acting up . In my complaint I requested that I receive my money back for the advance diagnostic test and they refuse too. So now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is still malfunctioning and $1400 cash that I gave them to correct the problem. When I pick the car up it had no gas and had a coke bottle and a sprite can on empty on the floors. I demise a business that does not stand by their work and honor their word. In closing be aware of businesses that are accredited with the Better Business Bureau because they get complacent and feel like they're untouchable and can do customers how they want and not have to face any consequences and repercussions. I feel so hurt, disappointed, frustrated, aggravated, and victimized because now I have to go through a whole process of still trying to get my mother's car fixed and spend more money and they get to walk away free and possibly do it again to someone else and not have to be held accountable.

Traveling from Illinois to Florida in 95-100 degree heat and our pickup truck had an issue with the…read morefrom brakes. Pulled into a gas station at the Alabaster exit and a State Trooper told us about a good repair shop a short distance away. Tried to make it to the shop and ended up having to call a tow. The tow truck was from A to Z he hooked us up safely and put us in the cool air conditioned tow truck and hauled us to their shop. This all happened on Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm! They got us in quickly, accessed the situation and ordered parts. The staff at this shop are amazing. Welcomed us in gave us cold water and snacks if we were hungry. The best part is the owner was on vacation and the secretary called him repeatedly to get instructions as how to handle our repair. He was very considerate of the fact we wanted to get home, he paid for a mechanic to stay late and fix our truck once they could get the parts. He stayed in touch with us and kept us apprised of the progress,. Bottom line we got our truck repaired and back on the road that evening and made it back to Florida. Park back there next to all of the cars and go into the small door by the garage. Literally as soon as you step in, the office is on your left. Fuentes is a great guy. He is Hispanic and does have an accent, so if you are hard of hearing like me, please don't be like me and forget your hearing aids lol But he came right on out, inspected my car and showed me exactly what the problem was all right there in the parking lot. He didn't do what most mechanics do, take your car back and hide what they are doing, then come out expecting you to pay outrageous fees. Fuentes gave me an estimate that was almost the exact total I ended up paying. Very fair price. He let me stay in his office while he worked on my car and popped in a few times to check on me and let know how it was going. Once he was finished, he even took me out and showed me everything he had done on my car and explained things to me. Very honest guy. I will be back if I have any more problems with my car. Update: I will forever be grateful for this guy. He always goes above and beyond his duty. My car broke down more than once while I was living here, and if it wasn't for him, I would not have been able to get my car fixed and still go to work and class. More than once Fuentes dropped everything to give me a ride to a rental car place or to a store to get car parts for my car. The gentleman that took all my info was great. He asked about my move, asked me about my family, talked about his family, where he came from before moving to Alabaster. I called and made an appointment for the next morning, but drop my car off the night before because there is a key box. Apparently, my two front tires were pretty bad and there was no repairing them. I ended up ordering four new tires with free rotation and if I get a flat, I can bring it there for him to fix for the life of the tires. I feel like I got a good deal. It was pretty comparable to other places. I highly suggest making an appointment because he is a one-man show.

I tried to work with him and asked if he could still order the correct tires. He told me the ones on the car could not be returned and they were an odd size he could not resale. I offered multiple times to pay the original quoted amount and he refused. He got very angry and said multiple times he would just write it off. I was very uncomfortable the way he was acting. I did offer as I left to still pay the quoted amount and he said it would do no good. The next morning he started texting my Husband that he could suddenly get the correct tires to swap. My Husband was not happy the way he had acted with me and I refused to take my car back to him or do business with him. We offered to have the tires replaced somewhere else and return his tires, but he continued to be difficult and not want to agree with that. He even filed a police report, in which we had done nothing wrong. Eventually he ended up taking a reduced price for the tires, but we still ended up paying $170 more than originally quoted for the tires we ordered. I just did not feel comfortable taking my car back and wanted him to quit texting and leave us alone. His prices may be cheaper, but I would not recommend doing business with him after the way he acted with me and if his ring camera works like he told me then it's all recorded.
