Advice: Do not hire ANYONE that provides or offers "extra" services of (contractors, inspectors, etc) and could potentially be benefiting too from "their people" being hired. In the end you will pay a lot more for mistakes and incompetency. Be very cautious. Get your own vetted people. Could end up costing you much much more than you anticipated.

Then after several cancelled installation dates because the installer quit, they sent a new group who they were unable to communicate with because they didn't speak their language. They asked me if I could speak the language, and I could not either. Therefore, the end product was not what was agreed upon in our written contract and Bayside granite is unwilling to rectify this. I contacted Linda Zucco (owner) and invited her to come out and give me some advice. After reviewing my situation, she recommended the Palm Beach Shutters due to the direct sun I get from my westerly facing window. These shutters do not warp, fade or wear out. Perfect. The shutters are all custom made. Linda first sent over someone to precisely measure the window and then Hunter Douglas did the rest. Today, they were expertly installed. Their installer (John) tweaked the shutters to fit the space perfectly. (see pic) I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Please give Linda a call.
