This is an awesome company in all respects!! In the process of investigating & getting a couple quotes for removing a tree & trimming 4 others, I found JBS Professional Tree Care on the web & saw they had a 5 Star rating on all their reviews. They absolutely deserve that rating! Joaquin answered my call & quickly came out to go through what I needed done. He is a Certified Arborist & made certain suggestions, which I so appreciated. He also mentioned trimming certain branches away from the house so they wouldn't scratch the siding. That meant a lot to me because it indicated they respect customers' property, which definitely should not be assumed, in my experience. He called prior to the scheduled date, confirming time of arrival, & he & the crew arrived on time! Joaquin was present during the entire job, which is also impressive! He & his son, Scott, as well as the two other team members were very professional, congenial, courteous & skilled. It was amazing to see their flawless teamwork! If I could give them a rating of 10, I definitely would! I very highly recommend JBS!! Jane S. read more

JBS Professional Tree Care just removed two large trees today 3/5/19 when the temperature was 12 degrees! They did an outstanding job, that included a wonderful cleanup. The cold weather removal was required to insure the ground was frozen to avoid any damage to the septic field with the use of some heavy machinery. The estimate and cost were exact and I feel that for the service provided, the time and care to get it done, it was a great price! I have used them many times before in that we have a large wooded lot for all types of work including trimming which is very important to the long term health of expensive trees. I have recommended them to our friends and neighbors and JBS is who most of the residents in Farm Trails subdivision in Lake Barrington use. Bob B. read more

I have used JBS for years. They are prompt, friendly, professional and leave the site extremely clean. Last weekend I had a 93 foot Black Walnut very close to my house that was starting to uproot, was leaning substantially and was heading for my house and patio. Juaquin was there right away and got it safely down - without damaging the lawn or the gardens that surrounded the tree. It was incredible watching them cable every branch and piece of trunk and slowly lower it. I live in a house with many mature trees some of which are close to aging out. Juaquin is very good at advising how to keep the trees both healthy and attractive. His crews are consistently good and his prices are reasonable both for small and large jobs. A find! read more

Excellent customer service, professionalism, work and price. Joaquin was very responsive and come out the day after calling to walk the property and provided a great assessment and quote for the work we needed done. They not only provided the most detailed quote and review of the companies we had out, they were the least expensive. The crew showed up on time and Joaquin and his son Scott reviewed the job and the crew got started. Scott ran an efficient crew and not only did they do an excellent job, they left the property cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely be calling them again for any other tree services I need and recommending to anyone that asks. read more

We are so pleased with the work from JBS - Jacquin and Scott are fantastic, professional, and courteous. We had 8 trees taken down in the back. They confirmed the appointment the night before, showed up ahead of schedule, and did an excellent job. Even with all this work, they did an excellent job cleaning our yard afterward. Their pricing was very competitive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for tree service. read more

We had a 30 foot pine tree dropped and cleaned up in a little over an hour. We also had a separated ash stump ground. Prices were reasonable. I recommend JBS to anyone removing a tree or having a stump ground. read more
