And they have! Chris, the service manager is amazing! He works me into the schedule promptly and always treats me with the BEST customer service! Recently, I was told my rear brake light was out. I called Chris, he told me to come in the next morning, which I did and within 10-15 minutes a new brake light was replaced. NO CHARGE. Chris said again, "since you bought the car from us, we're going to take care of you". I've never felt as confident in a car dealership, as I do with Bill Harris. He arrived a few weeks earlier than we expected and we were racing the clock to get the work done before he needed to return back to Montana. Even with such short notice, Nevada told us to bring in the vehicle and he would look over the estimate my son had received from another shop. He wanted to make sure the services recommended were even necessary, and the parts purchased were good quality. He ended up working after normal business hours that evening and the car was done the next afternoon. My son was able to leave yesterday and avoid the storm that is forecast for today. Let me start by saying, if I could give 10 stars I would! I was getting a code that said my…read morecatalytic converter was bad. After months of babying it with cat cleaner it finally lost power. I had it towed to Muffler Bandit, Turns out it was not plugged. It had a fuel smell so Kyke recommended Rigby Auto to take a look. I arranged to take it there and as soon as it started dash lights started flickering and it died. It was about 20° with a windchill of 10. Kyle went way above and beyond trying to get it started to get the windows rolled up and locked for the night. Unsure of what to do at the moment they let me keep it there and got it started the next day and put it in there shop for safe keeping another night! Had it towed the next day, ( Highly recommend Bilko towing as well ) 3 tows total... Turns out It was the alternator. Muffler bandit is the ONLY muffler place I will ever use if needed and tell all my friends and family about! From the gal who answers the phone to the guys in the shop, They treat you like family!!
