I took our car in this morning for an oil change as well as asking them to check out a possible suspension issue in the front end. Terry and Valentine were both personable and knowledgeable, both taking the time to discuss the suspension issue. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. The shop was one of the cleanest and well organized I've ever seen. Our previous shop in Portland was the exact opposite. Erik went for a test ride with me to assess the suspension issue and immediately had some ideas on what the problem might be. Voila! The oil got changed and the suspension issue turned out to be nothing. Prices were incredibly reasonable and I left with a feeling of confidence knowing our car had been expertly tended to.
