The young man quickly found out it was leaking and told me he could not repair it. He called into his office about what to do. He did not know I was near by. I heard him tell whomever he was talking to that he couldn't do that because I already knew it couldn't be repaired. Sounds as though the person he was speaking to wanted him to just fill it back up to collect on the warranty repair. Which, in doing so, would have screwed me on my replacement under warranty. Obviously, I will never use a company I feel I cannot trust. Air Master seems very untrustworthy to me!

I called to request an appointment with this company to come service my furnace because I didn't have any heat. This call was made at 9am. They told me they would come to my home "after lunch", no real time was given. After what I deemed to be a significant time "after lunch" (2:30pm) I called the company to see about a time frame of arrival for my service. I was then told the repair person was stuck on another job and the secretary would call me back with a time frame for his arrival. I never received a call back after this correspondence and have not since. This tells me this company not only doesn't care about its potential customers, but also that they don't care about the three year old who lives in a home without any heat. If I would have been informed much earlier in the day that no one was going to show up for my service I could have called another repair company and had my heat fixed. Instead this business chose to waste my time and compromise the health of my child. I would not recommend them to anyone.

He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!

After setting there all day the day before the second TECH shows up on time, walks in and askes the problem. Our unit needs three things but the main one is the blower will not restart unless I am there to spin it and get it going. He looks at the heater, takes a picture of the door with the make and serial number on it and says I will have to check on parts and get back with you. That was 2 WEEKS AND THREE DAYS AGO! To this day I still haven't heard back from them, and my blower runs 24 hours a day because if it goes off there will be no heat. The other parts I would have been fine waiting on but how hard is it to come up with a blower, really? Thats the business they are in. Maybe it wasn't a big enough job to waste their time. I do not recommend them.
