I called to request an appointment with this company to come service my furnace because I didn't have any heat. This call was made at 9am. They told me they would come to my home "after lunch", no real time was given. After what I deemed to be a significant time "after lunch" (2:30pm) I called the company to see about a time frame of arrival for my service. I was then told the repair person was stuck on another job and the secretary would call me back with a time frame for his arrival. I never received a call back after this correspondence and have not since. This tells me this company not only doesn't care about its potential customers, but also that they don't care about the three year old who lives in a home without any heat. If I would have been informed much earlier in the day that no one was going to show up for my service I could have called another repair company and had my heat fixed. Instead this business chose to waste my time and compromise the health of my child. I would not recommend them to anyone.

In 2024, the blower motor for the system failed, and Jason had one of his guys drive to Louisville to get a new one, then drive back to Bloomington and install it ON A SATURDAY, FOR FREE. He made a customer for life. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter, Jason and the now-owner of the company divorced. Less than 12 months from the replacement of the blower on my system, it failed again. This time, I got charged a service call, an after hours emergency service fee, and had to have the motor replaced TWICE because they could not source the correct OEM motor the first day. When they finally got an OEM motor, the technician was so handicapped with physical issues that my wife had to actually install the motor under his "supervision," and they still charged me labor. Fast forward another 12 months, and the system has failed AGAIN. This is a $13K York HVAC system, not a budget brand. I called for service today, and was told they can't get out to me today (Thursday), and probably not tomorrow, MAYBE they can get to me next week, because they only have ONE technician still working for them. I paid a premium for this HVAC system AND A SERVICE CONTRACT, which is now basically worthless. Caveat emptor, and think long and hard before picking this company for HVAC work.

This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!

Around 4:30 we contacted them only to find out they got held up on another job and someone will be here on Wednesday between 9am and 11am. After setting there all day the day before the second TECH shows up on time, walks in and askes the problem. Our unit needs three things but the main one is the blower will not restart unless I am there to spin it and get it going. He looks at the heater, takes a picture of the door with the make and serial number on it and says I will have to check on parts and get back with you. That was 2 WEEKS AND THREE DAYS AGO! To this day I still haven't heard back from them, and my blower runs 24 hours a day because if it goes off there will be no heat. The other parts I would have been fine waiting on but how hard is it to come up with a blower, really? Thats the business they are in. Maybe it wasn't a big enough job to waste their time. I do not recommend them.
