He not only quoted me a few hundred less for more service, he was quick to respond, responded consistently and sent me everything he said he would when he said he would. He was only 15 min after he said he'd be at my house and cared enough to apologize even though that was no big deal at all! It was also because he went out of his way to get the water heater I wanted from the supply house. He took under 2 hours to install the water heater when other companies quoted 3+ hours with two guys lol and they were more expensive! I was also given reasonable warranties. Dan is fully licensed as a plumber, which most will use someone else's license, and his company is registered/insured. I checked out everything. I would definitely recommend DnA Plumbing!

I asked him about the PVC and where I could purchase some because I have been all over trying to find the right PVC with no success. He wasn't helpful at all and didn't even understand what PVC I was looking for or where to purchase it. Not only was he not knowledgeable, but he was also rude. It was almost like he wouldn't tell me because he wasn't getting any work for me. He showed a lot about his character in a short time. Two thumbs down for this place.

We use this company a few times, we bought an older house and so we've had lots of projects that…read morehave required a plumber. They always have decent prices and come in WAY under the other quotes we receive. They always do a good job and are super friendly. They have actually given us referrals (with our long list of to-do's throughout the house) and have also given us great tips on some items we have done ourselves. It's not always the same person who will come out, but they are always professional and polite and helpful. I have referred them to a few friends and gotten great reviews, on things like customer service, staying late to get the job complete. The only drawback is they are busy, sometimes that seems to cause them to be a little flakey. With our tight timelines (as installations etc can be sequential and based on one contractor completing a job before the other can start) it caused a few delays, but they were very quick to pencil us in and even moved us ahead of the original time frame we had been given and gave us a little discount. We really like knowing we can count on folks in the service industry, that can be tough. We've been very happy with this company so far and will continue to use them. (Although we will probably call them the day before to make sure they have us on their schedule).

He offered, on his own, to return the following morning to finish the work. The technician did return but spent less than four minutes completing the job. Despite this, I received an additional bill for $125. At no point was any additional charge discussed. The second visit was needed solely because the technician did not have the basic materials on hand, and he was the one who offered to come back. This is an unacceptable business practice. Had the extra charge for a four minute follow up visit been communicated ahead of time, I would have declined, but no such courtesy was extended. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business unless every detail is documented in writing or recorded.

A month ago when I noticed some dripping in my kitchen from the upstairs bath, I called ASAP, they…read morecame over and said, no big deal, just recaulk the faucet. Wow! Thanks! I recaulked feeling great. But the leak came back So these guys arrive to my house again, which has a leaking pipe coming from the upstairs shower. The guy looks up into the hole I've opened up in the kitchen ceiling, says, "sorry can't help you. that's polybutylene and it's a Colorado Class Action". I'm like OK what does that mean. He responds, "I told you all I can tell you. Sorry". I asked for some advice (mind you, the water is dripping into a bucket in my kitchen. He responded that I'll just have to have get the plumbing replaced throughout the entire house. He also suggested I search Google for a DIY video. And then... he just... leaves!!! Within minutes of him leaving, the leak becomes worse, starts to spray. I'm new in this house, no plumbing experience, so I call him back, desperate, "Hey could you at least help me get the water turned off? I don't know how to do it!". Imagine me standing there, water spraying into my kitchen from the ceiling. "No, sorry can't do that. Look for a valve on the front of the house". So these guys won't even help someone who's desperate and all I asked for at this point was help turning off my water! I finally called Plumbline, who made an emergency trip to my house and was here within minutes. Talking to the plumber, he started laughing at my story and couldn't believe how that guy from ASAP left me hanging! Then I told him that ASAP couldn't fix my polybutylene leak and the Plumbline guy practically fell over in disbelief. Plumbline fixed my leak in about 30 minutes, replaced the leaking polybutylene with some way better stuff. So I'll just say, don't even bother calling these guys unless you want to feel like you're totally bothering them. Call Plumbline.

"Owner/Master Plumber" Lopez:…read more Please accept my apologies for not getting this review posted sooner. Sadly, it appears we are headed to (binding) arbitration with American Home Shield (AHS), which refuses to accept responsibility for its repeated failure(s) - on three (3) separate occasions and contrary to its ("AHS Home Protection Plan") -- to dispatch ("competent") plumbers to "diagnose and repair" what was causing the "gurgling sound" and "sewer smell" coming from our kitchen sink. Potential Customers of Mr. Daniel Lopez, and his company, Drip Fix Plumbing: As people expect from all military veterans, Mr. Lopez, a former U.S. Marine -- after normal business hours, and on an "emergency basis " (on Saturday, March 28, 2026) -- "distinguished" himself, "above and beyond the call of duty," as a true "Master Plumber." Where none of the previous (incompetent) plumbers, dispatched by AHS, were able to figure out what was causing the problems with our kitchen sink, Mr. Lopez -- entirely by himself -- worked tirelessly into the evening, "trouble-shooting" everything, until he discovered that the "gurgling sound," "sewer smell," and flooding of our unit were all caused by an Air Admittance Valve (AAV) which finally failed on Saturday, March 28, 2026; causing substantial flood damage to our condo unit's flooring. Because Master Plumber Lopez was our "hero" that day, I (hereby) submit the following recognition language (often used by the USN and USMC when awarding someone a "Meritorious Service Medal"): "For outstanding meritorious service as a Master Plumber and owner of Drip Fix Plumbing on March 28, 2026." "Master Plumber Lopez's insight, ingenuity, tenacity, and selfless dedication to duty reflected great credit on him and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service." Respectfully, Derek W. Cole LCDR, JAGC, USN (Ret. Dis.)
