If you are looking for an outstanding travel agent, look no further than Marie Pentivelope at Boca…read moreExpress Travel - An Independent Travel Advisor! Marie has planned multiple cruises for us, including a trip for our entire family of eight, and every experience has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly thorough, organized, knowledgeable, and always available when you need her. I honestly feel like I could talk to her every day if needed--she responds promptly and is always there to answer questions or help with changes. Marie truly handles everything! From flights, hotels, and transfers to excursions, dinner reservations, and all the details in between, she takes the stress out of planning a trip. For our two-week Alaska trip, she was even on the phone with us while we selected excursions and made our dinner reservations--and then she booked it all! One of the things we appreciate most is how incredibly organized she is. Marie puts everything together on paper, includes helpful notes, and organizes all of your travel documents in a folder with multiple pockets, arranged in the order you will need them. She even creates easy-to-follow charts showing exactly what you are doing each day. It was such a pleasure to simply pick up our folder and go, knowing that everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Our trips have been wonderful, but what makes traveling with Marie so special is the peace of mind she provides. If anything needs to be changed or adjusted, she is always there and handles it all. My husband says he will never take another trip without Marie as our travel agent, and I completely agree! We highly recommend Marie Pentivelope to anyone looking for a travel advisor who goes above and beyond. Her personal service, attention to detail, organization, and dedication are truly exceptional. Thank you, Marie, for making every trip so easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. We will never travel without you!

Need to rave about Boca Express Travel. We've used them for 2 trips to Italy a few years back and…read moreeverything went perfectly, best vacations we've ever had! Lots of coordination needed with 3rd parties and prepping us with everything we needed to know, especially the local 'details' you cannot research. Their contacts and knowledge are fantastic, Denise just rocks! But where they have really shined is when things don't work out as expected. A trip to Spain was interrupted by COVID, they handled everything: cancellations, travel insurance and ensured that we were completely refunded. But the best was just last week, when a Caribbean cruise was interrupted by injury. They dealt with the cruise line and, most importantly, found us a place to spend the night as we were sitting in the hospital lobby. Saved the Day is an understatement!!!

However when I called and asked to speak with the person my friends usedI was informed she was no longer there and was transferred to another agent. Italy has been on my bucket list for quite a while now. We are getting tax money back that we didn't plan on and the stars all aligned for hubby and I to finally get to Italy ( this was prior to the Coronavirus hitting Italy) I got on the phone with Lori (or maybe is was Lisa) I told her my husband had 1 week vacation time so we wanted to leave on a Friday and come home 10 days later on a Sunday so we utilized 2 full weekends. I told her places I really wanted to see and said I was flexible on dates as well as itinerary. She asked my name, address, phone number, email, budget etc. and spend about 15 minutes on the phone with me. The. She tells me - get this - "In order for me to put something together for you we charge $150 per person ($300 for myself and husband) I was upset over this for several reasons. 1st: this should have been told up front, not after getting all of my personal information. 2nd : I know my friends did not pay any fees. Then to top it off I have inboxed several of the other Yelpers who left 5 star reviews and guess what? Not a single person had to pay any fees upfront. I asked to speak with manager and she said they do Charge a fee to plan a trip! My friends who suggested this place was appalled when I told them what happened! They did go about 5 years ago and their agent they dealt with was no longer there but what a way to turn off clients.

I was simply amazed at how well-organized each event was. So many people to deal with and so much to organize, and they did it well and did it with a smile. My biggest complaint (and it's not a big one) was that the last event had a slightly long check in line-- but nothing too serious and the fact that they had hor d'ouvres and champagne being passed definitely eased any minor 20 minute inconvenience! I also had good experience booking (online), prices were as agreed during set up, no surprises, etc. Overall 5 stars and I won't hesitate to travel with them again. BTW, I'm writing this after watching the Fyre Festival Netflix documentary--it is crazy! The events Cloud 9 does are different (no models, haha ;), but if I had seen it before going on these trips I'd be super worried. Figured others might appreciate the re-assurance about Cloud 9. They are legit. I think back on these trips as some of my favorite adventures & am thankful to Cloud 9 for putting them on!

Finding a Limo or Party Bus can be a bit of a pain. Some make promises & under-deliver. Luckily,…read morefor me, this was not the case. I was looking for a party bus to celebrate a Bachelor Party. I ended up booking a large bus with capacity for 20-30 people comfortably. We set the location, put down the deposit & all was good. We were given the contact info for our driver Jose. The bus was on time, clean, & exactly as pictured in the online photos which was a breath of fresh air in this often shady industry. Jose took us to Tootsies, gave us all comp passes & waited out front until we were ready to head out to Scarlettes. He took us to the next spot & hung out while we partied. When it was time to go he was right there ready to take us back. At the drop off, I accidentally left my phone on the bus. By the time I realized, I logged into Find My iPhone & it was on its way north. We called Jose, the driver, & told him what happened. He took my phone to the office where they held onto it until I could drive up the next day. Eddie, stayed 30 after closing so that I could get there since it was just over an hour drive to their office. I'd gladly use their services again.

The drive was smooth & he showed up quickly every time we were heading to our next location. We had 15 ppl in the pink escalade limo & although we had a wonderful time, it did seem a bit warm in the limo.
