Needed passport photos... they're free with a AAA Plus membership…read more Called to ensure they did them at this location (Yelp said they did, but I wanted to be sure that was current info... it is) & to ensure they were open, since they're 1/2-hr drive from Boca. As a note to W. Boca residents, the Delray office is the closest AAA location to us. Every Membership Services agent was busy (about 1/2-dozen), but I was waited on immediately at reception & waited exactly 5-seconds for Trudy in Travel to greet me with a smile & take my pics. The woman at reception also alerted me that I'd need to remove my white sheer shirt, which I wore over a black tee. There are State Dept rules about the pics: 2"x2" color pic, white background, no white shirts, so much room from the top of pic & bottom, parameters on how much face/hair needs to be shown, specific lighting, etc... this is why you should skip paying for them at passport photo places, who often do them wrong according to recent Yelp reviews (too dark/light & retakes need to be done... not convenient when having upcoming travel plans) & come to AAA... they're savvy on all the laws. Even if you have to pay $20 more to upgrade to a Plus membership from basic, or pay for the pics should you not want the Plus upgrade, it's the same cost as getting them elsewhere & you get additional benefits for 1-yr, too. Trudy was kind enough to take 4 pics with a digital camera, as the 1st few made me look like I was on a bender from Federal Prison. Another note is, the State Dept wants a face-in-repose pic... no toothy smiles, only a half smile with no teeth showing, at most. She showed each one to me & kindly gave her input on why it should be taken again. She printed & cut them within a minute & gave me 2 copies in a small protective cover, 1 as insurance as they need to be attached via 4 staples to the passport renewal form. All in all, the whole process took 5-min. I visited on a Fri around 2pm & parking was competitive, but spaces are available, although you'd need to walk 50' or so, which is just a note to those who may need handicapped parking... there are 3-4 spaces, but this place is hopping & they're taken up quickly... people in, people out on a regular basis. Also, the AAA location is at the end of a strip mall with some very busy stores, like Ross, so I'm guessing the huge lot is often filled with cars. All in all, a nice place to visit & employees were very helpful. 5* out of 5.

When we arrived, our room wasn't cleaned, even though they told us it was ready. The sheets were damp, stained, and the entire room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite reporting it, no one came to properly clean or replace the linens. We ended up staying in a room that felt dirty, cramped, and honestly unsanitary. Service overall was extremely lacking. We struggled to get help with simple things like directions or the Wi-Fi, and staff either didn't have answers or didn't seem interested in helping. The ship might look impressive from the outside, but it doesn't live up to the visuals-it felt poorly maintained and overrated. The dining experience started off promising--my appetizer soup was great, and the waitress was kind. But the main dish, lasagna, was a disaster. It had the texture of mushy creamed soup, with no structure or flavor. For dessert, I ordered a cake that didn't list any allergens, but it contained nuts--which I'm allergic to. Thankfully, I caught it in time, but that's a huge safety issue. The islands were beautiful and they had some really fun parties and wonderful shows and activities, but overall I would say save your money. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially when it comes to people working hard in hospitality--but this felt careless and unsafe. Dirty rooms, inconsistent service, and serious allergy risks made for a miserable trip. Would not recommend.

It was the end of the business day, I was sure I would not find a company to help me that night, but there was no way I could be at ease until I had confirmation I would be laying on white sand in a week. After a couple of failed attempts to reach a company who could help that day, I dialed the number for Passport Study Abroad and braced myself for the strong possibility they wouldn't pick up. But despite the fact their office hours were over in merely minutes, they were happy to help and put me at ease - they could get my passport renewed before my vacation without a problem. I dealt with Lindsey, who listened patiently while I frantically told her my situation. She told me exactly what she needed from me and gave me the info on how to get the forms I needed to send her. She didn't rush me off the phone or cut me off when I was rambling and freaking out the way I would expect most people to do at that time. After she told me the vitals, we actually had a friendly conversation which made me feel so comfortable and trusting that she would take care of everything. I filled out all of the forms by the morning and she wasted no time getting the process started. I had my passport with days to spare before my vacation, not to mention a peace of mind. While I don't recommend letting your passport expire right before vacation, if you do happen to make the same mistake as myself, take comfort in knowing Passport Study Abroad will make sure you will walk into the airport with a valid passport in your hand.

We discovered the price did decrease more than a thousand dollars p/p (We discovered this on our own; we were not notified by the company.), but iCruise refused to honor it. They implied we would lose our "large" cabin if we did so and get a less than ideal location on the ship if we got the lower price. As it turned out, our cabin, for which we'd paid an extra $50 p/p, was the smallest, not largest, on the ship.

I have to call to general line to ask questions or take actions. My agent did not tell me that my balcony's view is partially block on the top because upper level extends out a bit. They also asked me to join member program to get discount which I did, but they did not cancel automatically when they said they will. No one in this company will promise you anything unless they can collect money. Try not to use this company at all unless their price is really good compared to others. Be prepared with no customer service.
