Despite reporting it, no one came to properly clean or replace the linens. We ended up staying in a room that felt dirty, cramped, and honestly unsanitary. Service overall was extremely lacking. We struggled to get help with simple things like directions or the Wi-Fi, and staff either didn't have answers or didn't seem interested in helping. The ship might look impressive from the outside, but it doesn't live up to the visuals-it felt poorly maintained and overrated. The dining experience started off promising--my appetizer soup was great, and the waitress was kind. But the main dish, lasagna, was a disaster. It had the texture of mushy creamed soup, with no structure or flavor. For dessert, I ordered a cake that didn't list any allergens, but it contained nuts--which I'm allergic to. Thankfully, I caught it in time, but that's a huge safety issue. The islands were beautiful and they had some really fun parties and wonderful shows and activities, but overall I would say save your money. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially when it comes to people working hard in hospitality--but this felt careless and unsafe. Dirty rooms, inconsistent service, and serious allergy risks made for a miserable trip. Would not recommend.

A week before a much needed vacation, I realized my passport was over a year expired. It was the end of the business day, I was sure I would not find a company to help me that night, but there was no way I could be at ease until I had confirmation I would be laying on white sand in a week. After a couple of failed attempts to reach a company who could help that day, I dialed the number for Passport Study Abroad and braced myself for the strong possibility they wouldn't pick up. But despite the fact their office hours were over in merely minutes, they were happy to help and put me at ease - they could get my passport renewed before my vacation without a problem. I dealt with Lindsey, who listened patiently while I frantically told her my situation. She told me exactly what she needed from me and gave me the info on how to get the forms I needed to send her. She didn't rush me off the phone or cut me off when I was rambling and freaking out the way I would expect most people to do at that time. After she told me the vitals, we actually had a friendly conversation which made me feel so comfortable and trusting that she would take care of everything. I filled out all of the forms by the morning and she wasted no time getting the process started. I had my passport with days to spare before my vacation, not to mention a peace of mind. While I don't recommend letting your passport expire right before vacation, if you do happen to make the same mistake as myself, take comfort in knowing Passport Study Abroad will make sure you will walk into the airport with a valid passport in your hand.

So, I did speak to Rod an agent there that assisted me. I asked him a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable and out to get me the best deal. I also just paid a deposit and will pay the rest out before the cruise. Anyway, I'm glad I took the chance and judged for myself with Rod's help, I now have the cruise booked that I have been swooning over the past couple of months. There was not any hidden gimmicks or fees either. The advertised price included taxes and port fees. The only thing that wasn't included is gratuity but that's never included anyway, unless there is a special deal going on. Anyway, I would recommend giving ICruise a chance. They were solid for me!
