I am writing this to warn every driver out there because this establishment is run by absolute scammers who manipulate customers, waste their time, and drain their bank accounts. During my first attempt at a Smog Check, they told me I had engine issues, so I went straight to a service shop and fully fixed everything, where their equipment confirmed my car was 100% ready and in full working order to pass the test. Despite this, the smog shop refused to do their job and forced me to drive 300 miles just to double-check their own system. After driving those 300 miles, they claimed I still couldn't pass and insisted I needed to replace the battery. After spending $4,000 on a new battery, I returned--only to be told to go drive another 300 miles! When I came back after driving a total of 600 miles, they recited the exact same line saying the error code was still showing up. How on earth could an error code still be there when the problem was already completely resolved?! At that point, I completely lost my patience and told them I was leaving to get serviced by a legitimate smog shop instead. Miraculously, realizing they were about to lose a customer, they asked for a minute to recheck, went into the back, and spent 15 minutes conferring before coming out and handing me a paper showing my car PASSED THE SMOG CHECK! The car was fine, yet they dragged me through weeks of stress, forced me to drive hundreds of unnecessary miles, and pushed me into thousands of dollars in repairs--only to pass the car the moment I threatened to walk away. To top it off, they charged me a total of $114 ($54 the first time and another $60 at the end) for this appalling treatment. These people are incompetent, predatory, and dishonest. I hope you go out of business so no other driver ever falls victim to your scam. STAY AWAY. 0/10.

Update: the other errands to run were an oil change but connected to this place next door they do oil changes. Synthetic blend was their cheapest they don't do regular, but it was the same price as Lenny dykstras and saved me the trip. Although it didn't come with a free car wash like Lenny's, still very convenient.

He would not honor the coupon and said I need to show it to him before he touches the car. I had to pay $61.75 plus $8.75 for the certification fee for a total of $70.50 False Advertising.
