I came to this place to get my Ignition Interlock Device installed. When I got there, I was greeted by the man in the purple which I am guessing is the owner. I was told to sit and that they would work on the installment. A lady that was working there was the one working in the installment, all the man did was walk around and sigh every other minute about how tired he was and how much he wanted a beer. I understood but at the same time it just didn't seem appropriate. I saw him trying to up-charge a guy that was there and the guy wasn't taking it so he just lowered the price. I waited for FIVE HOURS before my car was completely done. When done, nobody took the time to explain to me how the device worked or asked me if I had any questions. The lady told me to come in a month. A month passes by and I have an appointment on the 17th of March at 4pm. I made sure I called them prior to my appointment to ask them if I could come in earlier and he told me yes. I left my job early and when I get there, he tells me that the girl that does the calibration has left for the day -.- I was so mad, I asked him why didn't he tell me earlier and he told me I should've called 5-10 minutes before getting there to check. Completely unprofessional and the place isn't even clean. If you need a place for ignition interlock device go to T Deez Car Audio, they will treat you much better than here, I was in and out within 30 mins. read more

The WORST service EVER. The owner is just money hungry and would attempt to sell you air if he could. Came in for an alarm service and was promised top quality service; when I was shown what was done, it was evident that it was done incorrectly. My alarm only worked on the left side of my car. When I asked them to fix it, they wanted to charge me twice what we had originally agreed on. To say the least, this was a very poorly executed job, and not at all what I had asked for. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here. Save your time, but more than that; save your money. read more

Not professional owner claim he been in business 30 years still he sold me a stereo system that he knew didn't fit my car I was there from 2pm til 11pm and he said it would be a 2hrs job them forcing the stereo to work it was a botched up job went back the next morning wanting my $1500.00 he charge me didn't get but $200 back for a part I bought that also didn't work I have a 2016 Honda Accord when he put his system in it cut out everything connected to my system didn't work which he knew it was but he put his systems in anyway so to say it was used so I couldn't get my money back then the guy work on my car knock the USB plug out I call they said to bring back they would fix it then wanted me to pay $50 for something they cause they rob me of my money they charge me for the stereo $400 and the kit $400 I end up paying $1500 and got nothing back never do business with these crooked guys force to give one star didn't want too read more

If I could give this "RIP OFF PLACE" no stars I would. I purchased a car alarm from here from I guess the owners wife at the Flea market "Brenda" for $285 flat. Then was told to come to this place to have it installed. The guy "Joseph Banda" tried to argue with me over tax once "Brenda" I assume his wife, told me $285 flat so I left my vehicle for the alarm to be installed. They installed the alarm but did not install my siren and said that it did not come with the alarm, which on the box it states that it did and they tried to charge me an extra $50 to have the siren installed. And didn't even give me my siren and kept it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The gentleman that installed it is not at fault, but he's doing what the other crooks are telling him to do to support his family and I can't argue that. But the way that they do business is crooked. They don't have to answer to me, but God see's all things. """""Do not go here""""" they are not honest people. read more

i was a walk in and they took great care of me. I had come in just for a pair of front speakers to replace my dead ones but they cut me such a good deal i ended up not only replacing my entire factory system but also replaced my headlights to LED for a great price. very friendly and fast. i was in and out in just over an hour. read more

Worst customer service don't pay until you get whatever you came for installed and make sure it works. They had my car for 3 days and when I came to pick it up thinking it was as finished they told me they didn't have a part so they couldn't start on it. Than the old man told me to come back next week and it will done before noon and I dropped my car off and waited all day for it and they never touched my car and they had to take it somewhere else because they couldn't install it. Why would you accept a job if you can't do it. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I PROMISE YOU!! read more

horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! worst customer service i have ever received..please take your car elsewhere.they are unorganized,unprofessional- they do not keep you informed on your car status. the lady in the office speaks no english therefore can not help you with anything if you call. i came in on a saturday and here a week later, i don't have my parts and when i went to pick up my car from being frustrated, my entire radio console was hanging out with wires everywhere. no one could tell me anything. i promise you this, once this experience is over i nor my family will ever be back. #beware read more

Update 9/28/21: I did have to take this guy to court and sue him and I did win. Judge ruled in my favor. Guy still doesn't want to pay so I had to get a writ of sale done and I am waiting on my payment. Again do not waste your time money or energy with this low life. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!!! DO NOT LET THIS PIECE OF SH*T STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!!!!! Brought my car so they can install my music. Guy tried to swindle me out my premium alpine speakers for some type of off brand speakers I never heard of. He tried to convince me my speakers were poor quality and his were of premium quality by turning the bass down completely so they would not 'bang'. He then charged me almost $3,000.00 telling me he would redo the music by removing my alpine speakers and installing jb audio speakers and to hook up another amp which SHOULD fix my issue with my back passenger speaker. He was also supposed to completely tint my car, install interior lights throughout the interior of the car and exterior under glow lights, put in a new alarm system, add some tweeters, a new amp, a battery for all the music to go on and install a new radio. He DID NOT do any of the work.He spent all day with the car and DID NOT do anything he charged $3000.00 for and when he realized I wanted my money back his customer service went down the drain and he made me wait for hours and I was late for work. I NEVER got my money back and I am now having to take him to court and sue him to get my money back. He never did anything he charged $3000.00 for and refuse to give the money back. I also have a police report on this guy and the police even said that they get calls all the time about this scamming guy and they said be careful because his shop had been shot up several times because he always stealing people money, overcharging, or just doing bad quality work. This guy is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Piss poor quality work, horrible customer service and a complete rip off. I see and understand clearly why his shop has been shot up several times. THIS GUY IS SHIT!!! Put you on hold and don't tell you to hold on. Have a business to do tint but the people are not there when you want the service. Then want to charge me extra by recommending someone to come to my house to do it...this is the worst service ever. I think the previous reviews are all workers or friends, because their customer service is TERRIBLE smfh!!!! I guess if i was Hispanic, it would have been much different service than what I've received. The thing that pisses me off is, i talked to the man hours before trying to drive to the location because i was at work and he told me i would be able to come, but when i try to come, it's something totally different. 5 STAR OVERALL!! I went to get my car system upgraded and completely transformed my vehicle. Joseph (JB) took the time to fully explain every product he recommended and gave me about 5 different packages including promotions and how they worked individually and all together. He demonstrated the sound my car would have with a model he had set up with a few different speakers. Overall great result & will definitely be coming back for more in the future. read more
