The OWNER of the company, Marvin Kosowski, is on every job his crew does! They do the latest environmentally-friendly and cost-effective techniques, too. Since I have a pitched roof, they suggested a newer technique with a "breathable vent" along the top of the roof. The result? The upstairs tenant's gas heating bill dropped dramatically (by half!), and the overall building's heat loss/cooling factor improved a lot! Aside from being personable, Ryan was highly professional. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and then took his time giving us a terrific education on the condition and care of a cedar shake roof. Ryan answered all of our questions and then made some recommendations regarding how we might proceed. Bottom line-our roof is fine for now. No repairs or maintenance required. We will check back with Lindholm roofing in a year or two, but for now the roof is in good condition with just typical wear for it's age. I have to say, we really appreciate Ryan's willingness to educate us. While we try to do research on our own, there's nothing like a trade professional sharing some of their knowledge.
