First of all, his business card (my first point of contact) claims carpenter as his trade - and he is not a carpenter. Mr. Rush complained from the moment he arrived about everything from the weather to his own lack of energy. He went through expensive materials that needed to be replaced and I was forced to run out buy them out of pocket, he had no assistant and he really should have had. The work was a disgrace, and when I approached him to either refund or redo the work, he refused to eve discuss it. I had to hire a company this year for a complete re-do...it looks great now!

The bid was within the range we expected and they proposed replacing our gutters which was something we hadn't requested. The gutters were the item that tipped us to choosing this group.
