There are multiple gutted outlets, with exposed wires and none of the breakers were turned off! There are LIVE EXPOSED WIRES hanging out of three kitchen outlets. He is a PLUMBER who destroyed nearly all the kitchen electrical. He didn't fix the clogged kitchen sink (just disconnected the pipes), and ripped out her old garbage disposal and left it on the counter. He left the house a mess, with stuff everywhere, and never came back to finish the job. To make matters worse, he took her money and then kept asking her for a hug!!! He intimidated, defrauded, and touched my lovely neighbor, and then ghosted her after she rebuffed his advances. She called him over and over again, begging him to complete the job, and he didn't respond until the police got involved. Do not, under any circumstances, hire this man. He is a predator. My hope is that he challenges/complains about this review. He knows it isn't libel/slander because he knows that what it written here is the truth, and that we can prove it. The CSLB complaint has been initiated, along with photos, copies of text messages, call logs, and emails. P.S. Using the image of a sheriff's badge to advertise your services is creepy and should be illegal. It is meant to promote the idea that you are trust-worthy and somehow aligned with law enforcement, and Mr. Singh Bains - most decidedly - is not.

The technicians were personable and went out of their way to fix all the concerns I had in my home. I was very happy with their technical service. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm. When my husband called to see what was going on, another office staff member, Kelly I believe, was very helpful, explained the situation, took notes on our availability, and apologized. AWESOME, exactly how customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with Karma one more time which was another negative experience. Because of this one person I would NOT recommend Thrifty Rooters. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation.

I have a gravity fed septic with a cement tank with one lid. I was calling to have it pumped and inspected for escrow. The office person insisted that the guy pumping would have to get inside the tank. I told her he better bring a two year old or a camera on a pole. Needless to say I found another company to do the job.
