OH MY GOD, had some furniture delivered by a store and low and beyond it would NOT fit into my entry home doorway. I was stuck trying to figure out what to do, i thought my only option was to Send the furniture back and get charged $500 for re-stock fee. Until I did some searching and found this AMAZING MAN. I called his phone and thankfully he answered! Explained my situation and he arrived within 90 minutes to assess the situation and came up with a game plan. Since the Doorway was too small, he said he could get my oversized couch in through my 2nd Story Kitchen Window !! Removed the window panels, got his equipment & truck to successfully and without any damage to the window or furniture was able to get my stuff into my apartment. Jerry and his team came over to replace our door leading to the garage. He had looked over the door a few days prior and provided a quote for a new one. Communication was fine until the day of the job. They arrived several hours late and then showed up with the wrong door type. Fast forward another few hours and there is a finally a new door that is missing a hinge and has gaps between the door and the frame. The door knob doesn't align with the latch so the latch was destroyed in a pathetic attempt to make it fit. When I called Jerry after the work was "completed," he gave a sorry excuse about the door frame being incompatible even though he'd personally looked over it prior to doing the work. The door isn't even sanded. I ended up applying sandpaper to the door myself to avoid getting splinters every time we enter the house, because Jerry no longer sees a need to respond to calls/texts after he gets paid. Most unprofessional work I've ever seen in my life. I'm not sure if it's laziness or incompetence, but either way I will never be using them again. *Edit* Responding to a ridiculous comment. I was not at home to inspect the work and no replies were received after several attempts to confirm a follow up time. No response in regard to request for a partial refund. I had multiple showings lined up for a new rental listing and needed some light fixtures installed. I called Jerry the night before and gave him my info. He gave me a quote over the phone and told me he'd be there the next day around noon. I texted him at 11:30 am to check in and never heard from him after that.
