It's nice that it's broken up because TBH I count the minutes until any workout is done! The goal is to get your heart rate in the orange zone to get your body burning fat! Be sure to hydrate and have a snack before to fuel your work out because it will be TOUGH! I signed up for the 8 sessions per month for $99. Orange Theory helped me lose weight more quickly than just walking. I quit after I got to my goal weight. I plan to return to get into better shape and lose the regained lbs. The patrons there range from overweight to very fit. And everything in between. The trainers are VERY fit, buff and toned. I went here religiously for about three years and saw the good coaches, won multiple events and really liked it. But the coaches left and the new ones were nowhere near the quality of the others and the equipment started breaking down and would not get fixed. The microphone screeched and the music was way too loud and awful. Seems like a business taking its members for granted.
